Used my card to finish rinsing my truck as I ran out of cash after $35.Took like 1 minute extra and my card was billed $25 for 1 minute. The $4 min. charge was more than enough time to complete. Great place if you want to spend $60 to wash your vehicle. Lesson learned never again. And yes I did press the STOP button and followed the instructions which is why this review was left. I used my timer to time how long it actually is for the minimum ($4), it only gives you 3mins, even tho is says otherwise. When you add more money, for example at 1 minute exactly you add $2 you only get 1 min and 20 seconds time added. The chemicals or whatever is in the water does not do a good job at all, like spot free leaves water spots everywhere. When you do contact the owner, he never responds back. I would recommend going to any other car wash in town before I come to this car wash.By Tosha Whiting (5 months ago)I was expecting the same from Galaxy as the others in town, no coins at the coin machine, equipment that never worked, etc. Basically being a waste of money, but this establishment is fairly clean, has a dog wash station and R.O. water depot, which is a great idea. The change machine has been working the last 3 times i went, I go for the R.O. water because it’s convenient and cheap plus u can go anytime. The one thing I would complain about is the caps for the water, they do not work in any water cooler. They don’t get popped out like most, they split the cap and they don’t allow the jug to intake air to keep the water reservoir full. They are the only ones in Brantford who I will take my vehicles to. I first used their services around 2 years ago and was very pleased with their work, they have come a long way since then and are now operating their cleaning and detailing service out of a larger unit. I couldn’t imagine a more deserving group of hard working people seeing the success they’ve seen. This time around I received an interior and exterior detailing service on my 2022 Mustang GT. As always Tony and the crew at Brantford Auto Spa did a phenomenal job. Additionally I got the 10 year ceramic coating done on my vehicle, and I must say, it looks better than the first day I bought it. I continue to be impressed with the exceptional work done by Brantford Auto Spa. Do not hesitate to use them for all your vehicle cleaning and detailing needs, as well as the exceptional work they do with ceramic coating. I have attached a photo of my vehicle after the ceramic coating was done, I edited it slightly to make the image pop a bit more but you can’t fake the shine coming off the car with the ceramic coat, it looks absolutely stunning. I brought my truck in for interior clean today. I am impressed by the job that was done. When I picked up the truck I had damp seats, this was a surprise as they added that in at no cost. I will definitely be back.
I have the high end wash package and some tree sap would not come off my car in the wash. Went through twice and had to go in the store as the wash would not let me go in again. Was given another wash but it did not get the stubborn sap off.
Jolene and Mikayla came out and got the spots cleaned by hand and even towel dried rest of the water off that the wash blowers didn’t get. Had great service today!
The young man that worked on my car was incredible. My little Honda came out looking like it just rolled off the dealership parking lot! I’m sorry that I don’t know his name to be able to give him credit but he was a nice young man and he did a fabulous job, thank you.
Had my car cleaned today. Drew was fantastic explaining the packages and pricing of everything! Customer service 5 stars! Cleaning 5 stars! They really cater to everyone’s needs and make sure you leave happy!
I purchased one time protect package and at the end car came out totally wet and some part of it was not clean. When I told the office personnel she didn’t even want to come out and look at it, I think paying $22 for one time wash dose not worth it. After I talk to the manager she nicely checked my car and gave me a free re wash, thanks to Jennifer.
