- Reviews:On the third day of my trip, it rained profusely. My rental car had water pouring in from the top. The carpets were soaked, there was standing water it the cup holders. I was miserable. I drove back to Enterprise. I expected a big long hassle. They got me right in and took great care of me. They gave me a really nice replacement. My attitude shifted 180 degrees. This is extremely dangerous, and should have been replaced prior to rental. This did not happen in a week or 2. So the neglect and upkeep or maintenance becomes a safety issue for the renter customer. i attempted to call the Greensboro airport location and could not reach a person. I emailed the address from my contract, and received an automated response the management team was reviewing and would respond. with 1&1/2 days no response. I informed the check in attendant. He was gracious and provided some goodwill. However, did the company fix the issue I brought up on email and to a return associate? Will they care?By Tripp (2 months ago)The directions we were given online from baggage claim to the enterprise desk were very wrong. The Greensboro, NC airport was easy to get around in but our directions said we had to leave the building and follow the signs to ground transportation. We ended up at the enterprise return building and the gentleman told us how we had to go back inside to find the correct place. This was way to much walking for senior citizens pulling our luggage around. Once we got to the right place the young lady was very helpful and did a great job getting us on our way.By Linda Stanley (2 months ago)After my flight was cancelled and we had to spend the night in Atlanta, it was so refreshing to get to Greensboro and encounter NO PROBLEMS at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car counter. The manager was the only one working because two people had called out, yet he managed to process all of us in line within minutes. He obviously knew what he was doing! The entire experience went off without a hitch, I got the car I wanted and we were on our way in no time. I only wish my hotel experience that followed was similar. Yet, the full deposit amount still remains on my credit card balance and I am unable to utilize that amount. I would like to thank everyone at Enterprise who helped me. I was greeted when I picked up my vehicle and when I returned it. My check-in was smooth. I was assisted by Carter. My vehicle was ready ahead of time, and I did not have any issues. Carter went over everything with me and got me out of there in a timely manner. The car drove smooth.
I had an absolute amazing experience here at this enterprise purchasing my first car. I never felt pushed or pressured and Nick McNiell was wonderful to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and made everything very clear, it was a very comfortable interaction. For something I was expecting to be difficult, they made everything easy and I’m an extremely happy customer! 100% would recommend.

The staff at the Enterprise on Wendover Ave in Greensboro NC were amazing from start to finish. They were all very informative and quickly processed my rental to get me on the road ASAP. The vehicle that I reserved was not available at pickup and I was upgraded at no charge and no extra waiting time. Great customer service.
