  It’s not the same anymore. Has been under new ownership for about a year or so, I will not be taking my vehicle back. Never had an issue with my oil light turning on, until after I took it in (with new ownership in place) they were quick to say we will refill your oil at no charge as I had just been there a week prior, yet I may have an “oil leak” and they could schedule me in without an estimate. No thank you, I went to the dealership and they couldn’t point out an issue, took it to a mechanic and he told me to just keep a close eye on the oil levels. Which I have for months now. Still , no oil marks where I park it everyday.

  I went back second time months later for another oil change, the service comments on the paperwork received were:
  Major oil leak, Oil pan/ front cover leak, Rear main leak, etc.

  Ladies and gentlemen, BEWARE!! Lazy, doubtful work done here. Along with the car wash constantly out of service and they can’t even bother to place a CASH only sign where all vehicles lining up to wash can see from afar when their machine isn’t taking credit cards. I had a car in front of me backup due to this, and nearly hit me.

  Mechanic actually cared about my stupid dilapidated car my friends have coined, “The Terminator”.

  Figured my real problem isn’t the Serpentine Belt, but the Water pump. Annoying cost wise, but in Bidens economy, it’s better to fix your old rocker than buy anything new and hold out for literally, I mean literally anything better to come.

  From this month to last month they have changed ownership and this is no longer “Pioneer Express” and is “Pioneer Espress lube” but your credit card will say “grease monkeys” along with the uniforms they wear. There was no line and I waited the longest I have ever waited there before. They came in and told me they took off my offroad skid plate and proceed to strip out one of my skid plate bolts “to be able to get to my oil filter” this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard my skid plate has a hole for the oil pan drain and my oil filter is on top of the engine on my Toyota Tacoma. I was so angry at the incompetence with this new crew that is so unprofessional. Tommy who works there is an amazing and knowledgeable employee that is from the original Pioneer crew. However he was unfortunately was not working on my truck at the time. They did offer 20% discount on the services but they will not repair replace or fix the stripped bolt. They did not take ownership of thier mistake and proceeded to blame the previous ownership and crew for the stripped bolt that was completely unnecessary to remove in the first place. Then I went and checked out my skid plate two bolts in the front were missing not just one stripped bolt. This place will never have my business again until there is a complete overhaul of the crew currently employed. Prior to this I have always received excellent customer service. They do not deserve your money for the price/service and I think I will be doing my oil changes at Toyota Service Dept for now on.

  This company is not the original Pioneer Lube and Express. They are owned by a corporation called Grease Monkey.
  My husband took his work van in for an oil change on a Thursday afternoon. The van was driven home and sat until the following Monday when he left for a 1200 mile work trip. The van made it 170 miles when the oil pressure light came on. After a $1400 tow bill to the closest chevy dealer, it was determined there was little to no oil put into the van when the oil was changed. The repairs were almost $5000. The manager denys any wrong doing and was very rude.
  NEVER EVER TAKE A VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!

  With a name like clean freak, I would expect a better service. It took longer to pay, than the time it took to go thru their tunnel. Their 17 dollar wash included tires, fragrance wipe and some special additive…. My cameras triggered and I saw the brushes like a foot away rolling but never cleaned my tires, or did I get the wipe until I asked for it. Of course, no towels to dry your car while it is completely covered in water. The dryer fans barely got any water off. The brushes hit the car, but all the bugs were there. Front or back untouched. Vacuums , hopefully no more than 2 people use them as they loose power….. in all honesty, I feel I wasted 17 dollars plus 3 dollars for two .50 cent towels. At least they have a sink to wash the towel and clean the car right. Yeah I would skip on this. Do it by hand at your house and tip yourself $ 20.

  Any Cleanfreak location is a great experience. I live in Yuma and love my local Cleanfreak. The staff is wonderful. I also travel around the state a couple of times a month. Every location I have been to provides an equally satisfying experience. They are quick washes with all the goodies for your vehicle’s exterior and they provide the compressed air and vacuum for your interior needs. I have been a member for 3 years and I highly recommend cleanfreak.

  I came here for a quick wash, and that’s what I got. It was an above average job as I choose the option above Basic wash. I bypassed the free vacuum because I took care of that beforehand somewhere else. Besides an employee directing you into the actual car wash it was completely automatic for me; no muss, just results.

  Love this place! The staff is friendly and the vacuums and other cleaning equipment is always working properly! I typically just get basic car wash but it’s definitely a good one!

  Used a CC for the first time at a car wash. It’s convenient in that I didn’t have to keep stopping to add money. However; the timer rounds UP to the next dollar! I turned it off at 13:10 but it kept going to 14. The water pressure was excellent. The brush had an exceptional amount of thick, soapy suds pouring out of it. Overall it was good experience. I will return and I recommend this car wash.

  Wow, this place is absolutely amazing. It’s a big car wash with a lot of bays everything seemedto work, at least for me, just can’t say enough about it and the price is good too – $2.75 for three minutes. But the best part, as a dog owner, is the pet wash. It’s five bucks for 10 minutes comes with shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, just a great place, five stars.

  Excellent and large car wash. However we go for the dog wash! For about 5 to 10 dollars you can do a self dog wash. Best part is you don’t have to bend over like you would at home in the shower or bathtub. It even has its soap mixed in on one of the settings. Also a dryer hose, might be a little loud for some sensitive dogs. So convenient!

  Old school wand wash and drive through also, with the best pressure in town. Soap ratio is on point there’s a dog washing station, floor mat cleaning, vacuums, It’s clean and newly renovated. Cash for coins or card reader available. There’s attendees that will help you if you need it. There is bays for big lifted trucks and some nice scenery on them sunny carwash Sundays. I’d give it 5 stars but sometimes the card readers don’t work AND YOU HAVE TO PRESS STOP. or the card reader will keep charging you. Up to 15.00 If I remember right.

  Wonderful experience, very nice staff. Due to technical difficulties and wanted to mitigate wasted our time, he gave us a courtesy wash free of charge. Would highly recommend and definitely coming back.
