I got the master piece car wash and it was not what I expected I have spots everywhere, where they sprayed the spray and left the spots everywhere. My left side tires was half done with the tire shine. I took it back they claimed it dried up but not on the right side. I don’t understand if I paid 50 dollars for this it should be good and left a 20 dollar tip for half work. Very upset.

Stuart and his team do great work! The ceramic coating on our new suv was beautifully done and the unlimited car wash is a great option! The staff is always friendly and works hard to get cars clean!

Had 2 church vans in need of a good post ministry season cleaning. The people at Buff Masters did an excellent job. Interior and exterior look great! I did find an area that was missed however they jumped on it without question. The fact that they corrected an issue means more than a perfect job!

I had a full interior detail done to my car for $260. They did a great job steam cleaning the carpet and headliner and the door panels looked good but everything else still had dust and marks on it. Soon as I got in the car I could already spot places that were still dirty. The seats still had sand and dirt in the crevices. It was mostly just the smaller tighter areas that weren’t touched at all. I ended up just buying my own supplies and finished cleaning the rest of the inside myself. For $260 I expected a full detail where they actually cleaned everywhere. I might as well had just payed for a regular car wash and added a steam cleaning rather than paying almost $300 for sad detail. Buff master has always done a pretty good job On my car with normal washes but I definitely will never use them to have my car detailed again. I would recommend a company that specializes in just detailing. Still can’t believe I paid 300 for that what a scam!

Recently moved to Wilmington from DC and was looking for a good professional car wash. I had passed Buff Masters a couple of times and noticed “Hand Wash, Hand Dry.” I then went on their website and saw they off unlimited washes with tire cleaning and dressing for $25.00 a month. I love my car and clean it after each drive so Buff Masters totally met my needs. My car has never looked better. I highly recommend Buff Masters.

Updating this review after only 1 Year since my 5-Star:

Splash N’ Dash has been my #1 wash since it was opened. We use it for our vehicles which include a Jeep, Ford truck & three Land Rovers on the Ceramic Shield monthly membership. Splash N’ Dash has, in the last year, declined so far in cleanliness of its facility and proper wash operation we have cancelled every vehicle we had on a membership.

The wash has countless nozzles and sprayers that are completely not functioning or just clogged from lack of cleaning. Unfortunately now I’ve switched to Fins carwash by AAA on College. Hopefully someday Splash N’ Dash will work on cleaning the wash.

Attached are the photos of the last wash I’ll take from here. Rinse nozzles for water we’re so clogged water barely came out.

Car wash is ok for what it is. Doesn’t remove but maybe 60% of dirt off paint. Tire shine gets on about half of each tire. Some vacuums are good some are not. Not a big fan. Gonna try one of the other car wash places next time. There’s a reason why I didn’t renew my wife’s car wash membership 🤷‍♂️.

Passing through the area needed a basic exterior wash, charged $10. When I pulled to vacuum area I noticed dirt still on top of car and back trunk. I took one of the available hand towels and started to remove the dirt. The attendant came by and I share the experience with him. He did offer to run it through again but by then I almost had it all off. I told him the front line guy should have scrubbed the top of the car and not just the sides. He told me that his manager instructed them to only do the sides. So, if you looking for only the sides of your car cleaned, this is your place. Avoid if you want your entire exterior cleaned.

This car wash used to be a hit with me but the past two washes have been misses since it became The Wash Factory. The towels are leaving a NASTY film on the windows, the top of my car and the top of the trunk barely get touched so they’re dirty AFTER the wash. Tire shine is horrible. The vacuums barely suction. I have to TELL them to get the front bumper with the brush bc they only want to brush the windshield and forget doing the back bumper, they don’t even bother. Waste of my $40. Won’t be going back. I’ll drive further up market or head to a.college rd bc this ain’t it.

Store associate and manager could not figure out how to charge my card (that works everywhere else and at the car wash on college after I left) for a membership and said my only option was to leave.

Easily could have typed my card numbers in manually (or not be cheap and upgrade to a point of sale system that can process chip cards)

I use this place all the time and they are pretty decent. The white letters in my tires always come out dirtier than they were before but I can live with that. Today I got the “ceramic Shield” treatment. Huge mistake. Windows are streaked and there doesn’t seem to be any way to remove them. I talked to the only guy working here and he offered to run it through again. Still no better. I can’t tell any difference that it made to the body either.

EDIT: I emailed as the reply suggested. They replied back asking me to take my truck back to the car wash to let them look at it. However, I had already done that and the car wash staff said that there was nothing that they could do other than run it through again. I told the person who emailed me as much and didn’t hear anything back for several days.

Also, I noticed one other thing about this “Ceramic Shield” coating that is much less than ideal. Occasionally our sprinklers hit the truck and leave mineral deposits or “water spots” on the car. I could normally solve this by rinsing it off with the hose. Now the water spots are really hard to get off and require a ton of scrubbing. They are just about permanent on the glass.

I have an appointment with my detail shop next week. Fingers crossed that they and undo the damage.

I was about to cancel my subscription when the wash factory purchased the car wash. I was excited, hoping they would turn things around and make the service a lot better and the equipment more functional. So far I have been very disappointed. The vacuums do not work half the time. The car wash is different every time I go through it. Sometimes the side brushes work sometimes they don’t. Sometimes the top brush works and sometimes it doesn’t. I rode through this morning and everything worked. The guys doing the pre-wash. Do not do a very good job anymore. And they are notorious for taking the brush that they clean my bumper with, which is full of sand, and running it across the top of my hood, and it leaves small scratches in my hood. I’ve had to buff them out numerous times. I’m going to give them a little bit longer, but if it does not improve, I will be canceling my subscription.

Yes, I don’t see the service I’ve paid for which is simply the $20 a month service. The location is very convenient for me and please to keep using this establishment however, in the past the vacuum and air portion of the service has not been kept in good maintenance. I would appreciate these areas. Getting more attention. Thank you very much. I will add that I have been a regular customer since this facility was originally installed.

Don’t waste your money! The new owners have not updated any of their broken equipment. The mat cleaners have been broken for over a year. Your car will not get clean! The tire cleaners actually throw oil and dirt onto the side of your car and wheels. I gave them three more tries and nothing has changed so although it’s an inconvenience , I’m going a little further to get my car cleaned. If they don’t care about their customers I don’t care about their business.

Hands down the worst car wash in Wilmington, they don’t listen to what you ask, and even if you buy the most expensive package it still comes out dirty. When your car doesn’t come out clean, they just sent it back through and put micro scratches all over the hood and side of the car with their hand brushes on it, without asking. even though that is not a procedure or in training unless specifically asked for. Very nice people but that’s it.
