  The machine worked as planned but the drying crew didn’t really care and the tire guy should have just not even came to work. For a $20 wash, I’d expect a little better. Why even splash tire shine on half the tire? The dryers got most of the big areas but I had to finish drying it at the vacuums. So for $20, you can have half shined wheels and tire shine sprayed all over the side of your vehicle that’s halfway dry.

  I highly suggest not to use this car wash if you have a truck. It scratched my Silverado from the hood all the way to the back of the cab above the doors. Luckily a buffer tool took the color of the scratches out but there are still a few scratches left over when looking in direct sunlight at it. This is the only automatic car wash I’ve ever used and it’s a shame that it’s probably ruined it for ever using anyone else’s automatic car wash as well. Will not go here for a wash ever again

  I have the express lane top package. I have been through several times where the bottom of my car is still dirty (below doors) last time I came through I left from the wash and drove home. It’s been snowing and raining so it has not been driven for a few days. I noticed 2 days later a long scratch from back to front of passenger side marks where it rotated with a black mark as well. With the weather like it is I have not been able to get ahold of anyone.

  Paid for the more expensive car wash that included waxes and tires shine. After the car wash, I pulled over to area where they wipe off and do the little extras that you pay for, I thought they did it all, but when I got home, obvious I did not get what I paid for. Definitely no tire shine. Sad that you have to check behind to make sure people are doing what you pay them to do. I won’t go back.

  I was completely dissatisfied with my full detail in which I paid $110 for two of my windows were completely untouched and my seats were half done when I explain to the manager of my concerns he informed me that doing the seat is not a part of the detail I was frustrated because that is something that should be mentioned prior to someone paying over $100 to get their car washed I spoke with Alejandro Gonzalez and he informed me that they will give me a free car wash at the verifying everything that I stayed it was true I am absolutely disappointed I waited two hours and my car was not even washed properly yet alone detailed. I appreciate Mr. Gonzalez for attempting to make things right by offering a free car wash but it wasn’t until my frustration had reached its pinnacle that he offered to take care of what was done incorrectly I added the images below to show you all.

  This car wash does not clean your car properly. I’ve been here twice and my car always comes out with smudged dirt lines from the brushes not working properly. Many of the vacuum hoses are broken and the employees are young lazy kids staring at their phones. It’s expensive and a waste of money. Unless this business makes changes, they are ripping of the community of Wichita Falls.

  Brian and Richard did Amazing work and customer service skills everywhere were off the charts! Got a very thorough check and even found an issue with a drain pan bolt.. Great Job Guys!   Paid for 20$ wash and when I came out from it my truck had a couple gouges in the side of it. Manager told me on the phone that there’s no way his machines did this and they would not be responsible. I told him if he didn’t want to be responsible to prove that damage was already there with the cameras and he said I can go look but either way we won’t be responsible. LOL what a joke. This wash will damage bigger trucks. Proceed with caution.

  Terrible car wash equipment and design. They shut down the vacuums early. Teenagers with attitude and fake smiles. Managers and owners only respond to positive reviews. I’ve been kicked out of the line for “debris” in the bed of my truck when it’s never been an issue before. Your equipment doesn’t touch the inside of the beds anyways.

  Far more expensive than their competitors far more expensive than in California and the equipment doesn’t get the car that clean it misses spots but they will let you go through a second time but Even on the second time same results. I’m not mad at them or hating on them but their equipment just doesn’t clean as well as others this is a fair review review. A nice add on a good thing is they have people who wipe the car down and shine the tires after you come through the automatic portion. They are vacuums are good however at the very end there is only one vacuum on one side not on both sides.
