  I decided to get the premium plan after purchasing a new vehicle. I’m not being anything other than honest when I say the staff could care less about treating your vehicle as their own. Often when there I watch the kids spraying down the cars without looking just waving you on to hurry up. Making snarky comments about holding up the line. Every time im there I have to go through the wash atleast twice and my vehicle is still. It clean. They speed the wash up so it leaves residue all over the vehicle. My year old 100k vehicle is filled with spider webs and marks from this place. I’ve used them from day one of owning my vehicle and go no place else. When I voiced my comers to the owner he brushed me off like some kind of fool, explaining to me trucks get beat up and they don’t do anything with them. I continued using them but I’m done. I put a warm water hose at my home and will wash my vehicles myself.The staff is more concerned about their phones and music than their jobs. I don’t think you could expect more out of the teenagers they hire anyway. I DO NOT recommend bringing a vehicle you value here!

  Have rhe platinum plan. It changes on how busy they are. Plus the dryers don’t work correctly, when mentioned they said they have towels to hand dry your car.

  Second time passing by here today hoping I can get my car clean with my unlimited package but the line is terrible as you can see in the picture, what’s the point of paying monthly when you can’t get your car washed whenever you want. Nobody has time to wait half an hour for a carwash. I do food deliveries with my car so I expect to wash it whenever I pass by.

  Hoses need to be repaired and area near them need to be cleaned better. Don’t want to listen to others music at excessively loud volume.

  I’ve had mostly great experiences with this car wash. I love that I’m not on those tracks that pull you through the garage. On just one occasion there was a side of the water that wasn’t rotating properly and therefore my window still had the wax soap residue left on it. Otherwise its been great!

  Change machine is always out of order. And vacuums sometimes have good suction sometimes they don’t. They should have someone over here checking change machine and cleaning up vacuum area always had trash all over.

  This is a great place to get your car washed. Always clean and I haven’t had any issues with payment like other places. You can go online and get a membership and prepay for washes. The more you spend to pay in advance the more free money you get. The washes themselves are great. I only use the Touchless and it gets my car very clean. The clear coat protectant does a wonderful job keeping my car shiny for weeks afterwards. That was a big concern of mine when searching for a car wash as I don’t want it to look dirty only a couple days after going. It also has an undercarriage wash which is another huge feature for me. Definitely a great place to visit if you’re in need of a car wash.

  I paid $19 for this car wash. My car came out wet. This location does not have free towels to use. As I figured car has spots all over it. Really disappointing and won’t be back.

  Love this place. Wish there was one closer to home. Free vacuums are awesome and great suction. Great package deals monthly for unlimited washes. Staff is always friendly and helpful

  A great place to get your cash washed. Lines can be long, but there are three lines. In addition to the longer wash, there are also normal automated washes. There aren’t as many steps as the main attraction, but it gets your car clean. There are also vacuums to clean the inside of your car. The prices are a bit high, but if you want somewhere reliable, come to Hoffman’s.

  This is probably the best location in utica/ny mills, etc. I have had to make damage claims to my vehicle for their errors at the other location by Sanger. Sq. I love the unlimited washes and being able to go through as often as I want and not just 1x a day like other car washes. I do wish they offered the signature with interior option at locations like this and the future one in oneonta instead of just “cities” the vacuums work very well, and the air hoses are lacking in pressure but still can work well.
