a month agoSpent $24 on a car wash that didn’t even clean my car. Honestly ridiculous…. If you’re looking for a quality wash, just got off a road trip and need to take care of bug splatters… go somewhere else. Rims still dirty, grill is absolutely caked in dirt still, and rear view mirrors don’t even look like anyone touched them. I’d like my money back because this is TRASH. The staff were friendly, but the service was TERRIBLE.in the last weekI tried another car wash because I was on the north side but I ran back to Woodies!! Their customer service is top tier, my tires & exterior actually came out polished and clean AND they also provide all the supplies you need to finish the job (all purpose spray, glass cleaner, air freshener, vacuums). I’m sticking to what I know, thanks Brandon 🙂a month agoThis is genuinely the best car wash in town – Allan doing an amazing job. Wasn’t expecting much as far as customer service from a car wash but I have to say I’m very impressed. I rarely write reviews and felt this place need credit for doing an amazing job.a month agoYour 34th Street location has very nice newer high-tech equipment and does a very nice job it lacks the employees the employees that are dedicated to your clients! I’m handicapped and in a wheelchair and not once did anyone there asked me if I needed anything. I’m sitting in my wheelchair needing multi-purpose cleaner or glass cleaner even washcloths and no one asked me if I needed anything! At one point I was struggling to clean out my vehicle and I sat back I was breathing a little heavy, one of your employees Tim walked by and didn’t even ask me if I needed anything so I took a breather found what I needed myself and finish cleaning just the driver side of my vehicle and left. Three stars is for your machinery one is for your employees.2 months agoLove Woodie’s car wash! Today I had La’Bron and Chris help me out and they were both professional and well spoken. After the wash, Allan helped me dry my car. Before he dried it, I told him I didn’t have cash to tip him and he said he still wanted to help me out. Great people and great company.

Great wash!!! As I was cleaning the inside, Chad asked me if I wanted any help. What a great guy! I like that he asked instead of just started drying off my car without asking. I have detailing on it and wiping it wrong causes the detailing to come up. So thank you for letting your crew know to ask first. If I didn’t have that in there I would have been happy to have the help. Chad, great job!!!
Awesome experience! Visiting from Chicago for family and never had anything similar to this. Love the theme, love the service! Chad was very helpful with going through my wash selection and Mikey gave a helping hand wiping down my car when I was out of the wash and I didn’t even have to ask. Definitely would recommend and would like one in the Chicago area!
I always have a great experience at Woodie’s! All of the staff are super friendly and attentive. Today Chad went out of his way to greet me with a smile when I pulled up and he gave me a couple air fresheners as well. I recommend the membership as I try to stop by at least once a week and can skip the line and use the vacuums and cleaning sprays complementary. Definitely worth it!
