  Easy in and out, $22 and it did a pretty decent job all things considered. It wasn’t spotless but it was much better than when we went in and it looked clean. We use them regularly. Smaller vehicles seem to get cleaner much easier. We have a large truck and have to run it through twice at every visit.

  Love a fast car wash that does a good job. The additional things they added to the cleaning stations are great like the compressed air. So pretty much you have everything you need to have a sparkly car.

  Appears to be a pretty good car wash over all the rest. Been using Whatta Wash on highway 290 in Duncan South Carolina ever since their opening. I do have some concerns. I shared my concerns with management. He was going to take care of the minor issues.
  I do have a disappointment. The buff and shine was in my initial SPARKLE package. They have excluded that part. The price of my package remains the same.

  Very dissatisfied. Went to go through the car wash and was informed first that basic was has gone up to $10 now. Then while going through the wash, noticed one of the brushes not even moving (was never informed while paying). Had to clean that entire side by hand. I talked to the employee to let him know and he said, “ oh we know know, we have a motor ordered for it. Well how about letting people know or give some type of discount.

  I pay $30 per month for unlimited washes, which to me is a good value. The employees are friendly & courteous. The facility is always clean & in good working order. I would highly recommend this business.

  The car wash does a pretty good job, and the staff are hit and miss for friendliness. The vacuums are “free,” but of course you do pay for it when you buy the wash. There are damp towels available, as well as compressed air. The reason this place is no more than 3 stars for me is that when I went in last, I considered purchasing a membership. When I touched the menu to see what was available, it showed that the highest level membership, which is normally $45, was being discounted and was now $22.50. I thought that was a good deal, so I bought it. I wasn’t informed until afterward by a staff member that the promotion would end in October, essentially giving me one month (or two?) at that rate. That really needs to be stated upfront. To me, it seemed negligent at best, and shady at worst. But I would still go by and purchase a single wash in a pinch, though it’s a bit pricey.

  Ugh! Every time I go, I have to re-visit my tires. Brake dust is still on my rims, mixed with tire shine that makes an oily mess!

  Often, if it wasn’t for the convenience of this location, I would go to a car washing bay, and hose it down myself, to ensure that my car and rims are clean!

  They’re really good. Their dryer broke a while ago for the towels…. they used to have a sign saying sorry it’s broken, then they just put it away and never fixed it… but it’s fine I suppose, towels still there

  This establishment is military friendly as well as the staff members. I did enjoy the timeliness in having my vehicle washed and cleaned. The only discrepancy I had my front windshield was not cleaned at all, which may been because of my GPS and camera. Good job overall.

  They did a great job with cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle not to mention how great the customer service was. They were so friendly and helpful. The prices are great! I am so pleased how good clean and shiny my vehicle was. This will be my go to place to get my vehicle cleaned and detailed. I definitely recommend this place if you want great all around service.

  I love taking our cars to Bob’s Car wash. The employees do a great job, and have such great attitudes. Its important to tip them well. Cars are always spotless. Service is quick and reliable. I find it inexpensive as well comparing to other drive through places where you pay $20 and have to do half the job. I like Bob’s and I recommend it to anyone in the Spartanburg area. These guys are the best!

  They did a really good job on my car. Not sure if it was the owner or another gentleman. An older gentleman talking down to employees and asking customers to move faster getting into their cars once they were done. I didn’t like it. Questioning going back although they did a good job on car
