  Full service automation with the full works. Loved it so much I became a member… You can go through as many times as you’d like until it’s clean. Free vacuum and free micro towels when you join.. low cost and high value. Better than the local competition. You can also have it dried and windows cleaned and tires dressed for a cost that’s a bit unreasonable in my opinion… But when you’re in a rush it’s good value.

  Unfortunately, I hate to do this. I really like the car wash. I like their pricing and staff. I am a member and I have strictly ONLY used this car wash since I bought my car brand new. I have noticed some consistent scratching. I didn’t know where it was coming from. They have a brush that cleans the rocker panels. I now realize that the car wash is destroying my paint. It is far too abrasive. The rest of the car looks fine. I will post a picture of the brush causing the damage. I hope the owner reaches out to see the damage on my car. They need to remove that brush ASAP. The scratches run from halfway down my door to the rocker panels. Maybe about a foot and a half all the way down the side of the car. I’ve owned black cars in the past and they’re prone to scratches, but not like this.

  I have a monthly sticker, but the gate often does not work. It takes waiting a while to be served, which for me defeats the purpose of purchasing this quick was service. Today was just too much. I arrived before another customer,, the gate did not open, yet they served the other “new” customer first. I waited a long time for them to finally open the gate. I asked foe a new sticker because mine is obviously not working, but theu just said “it works. The gate is open? After waiting five minutes foe them to manually open it? Really? Lazy kids should have atheist checked my sticker before saying it works. There was no one else behind me foe them to be so short. I guess they had to go back to playing with their phone. If I go through this again, I will nit be renewing my mo they service.

  Crew used to be really good at getting the bug juice off the front end of the car now,it’s like barley getting the windshield done. the wash seems to be pretty good just wish the dryers would blow off the bottom half of my car ,don’t know if that could be adjusted it would be wonderful . Am I being picky or are there others out there with the same issues?

  I paid for the highest priced wash. Soap wasn’t washed all the way off. Suds were all over my rear bumper, windshield, and even the roof. Water spots all over every window. Staff is friendly, but pointless if the car wash doesn’t actually work. Didn’t even get dirt off of rear bumper, hood, or roof. I was having similar issues with the other splash & dash in town and hoped this one would be better…

  I’ve had a subscription to this car wash for the past year. The customer service is great, the actual car wash quality is “ok”. The guys with scrub brushes at the entrance are an interesting addition that don’t make up for the wash equipment in the drive through wash bay. I always have missed spots and feel like the brushes aren’t effectively touching my car. The water pressure isn’t great and there isn’t a focused tire brush. Everything feels outdated and inefficient. I kept my subscription because a better option wasn’t convenient to where I lived.

  Best car wash! I was in a horrible car accident where my car was totaled and was dealing with the aftermath. I finally called to cancel my car wash membership months afterwards and they refunded me the months I’d been charged while not using the membership. Such an outstanding move and appreciated deeply while dealing with the nightmare of finding a replacement car, insurance, lawyers, etc. The minute I got my new car, I went straight to splash n dash to get a new membership sticker 💙💦

  Not a fan of the prices since new ownership at the wash on broadway. Pretty pricey. Stick to the one on Bradley at the old Honda car lot. Very friendly staff! Think his name was Cody he was tremendous with his customer service. Also the actual wash is WAY better than the one on broadway and free vacuuming. Bring a towel to touch up the water spots and leave so fresh and clean!

  This place doesn’t impress me anymore. They used to detail your car inside and out. I loved it! But now under new ownership it only provides the bare minimum.

  Prices went up and there was a limited choice of car freshener, which only 1 is given.

  Employees need not to hang out and smoke by the vehicle vacuum area (the minors) during work hours.

  No one brushed my vehicle and barely sprayed down my car.

  Other than that the greeter (employee) was nice and very polite.
