  Henry at the Delta Sonic oil change in Henrietta is so personable and helpful! He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you are taken care of. I won’t go anywhere else for an oil change!

  Also, today I had an appointment to have a tire pressure sensor replaced. When I mentioned that I needed to find somewhere to get a belt squeal looked at, David, the supervisor, checked it out for me. I not only got my tire pressure sensor fixed, I got a new belt and the tensioner replaced. He took such good care of me, going above and beyond. I am so happy! He really knows how to provide excellent customer service!

  Was greeted and served by Brett, Nathan, and Ryan when I came in for a regular oil change. Not the first time I’ve seen these guys and definitely not the last. As usual they did a great job! Brett is always friendly and straight forward, walking me through the process of what’s being fixed and when certain parts may be needed to be replaced after so many miles. He offers me options for if I want to get those taken care of or not during the oil change. Nathan and Ryan do a great job in a well timed way with flushing the old oil and replacing it along with any other quick maintenance, they do great at what they do. These three that helped me today did great as always.

  When passing through town stopped to get the car wash. It was a great car wash cleaned my car very well compared to others. Clean and new which is so nice. Staff was kind, friendly and courteous.

  Wiper blades, front and back tire pressure, replaced air filter, anti-freeze, power steering fluid, front and rear differential. Very good and informed techs. Made the service decision without pressure. Very thankful for the visit and seasonal preparation.

  Yesterday October 3rd around 5:20 p.m. at the West Henrietta Road location and Henrietta New York I was set to get some gas I walked into the store to pick up a Diet Pepsi and a Mountain Dew I parked my car at the pump, pump five that is and I saw a guy trying to steal my gas I paid for my sodas I paid for my gas I went out he was trying to put the pump in his gas tank I was yelling at the guy. But there’s a hero in this story there’s a young lady that worked at the convenience store named Emily she shut the gas pump off so the guy could not steal my gas. came out and gave me a receipt for my sodas and her receipt that showed she’s zeroed out my gas payment. I was so thankful that she did that that I called Delta Sonic’s corporate headquarters and let them know about this lovely young lady named Emily. She’s one of those employees that if I still did a little part-time head hunting I would be trying to poacher from Delta Sonic.   This is the worst location of any of the Delta sonic. sometimes it’s fine, but the majority of the time there is something wrong, or rude manager/employees, some of them straight up liars. Your car doesn’t get rinsed properly, or the bed wash malfunctions. Its the closest location to me, but I often go to Webster or Greece. avoid at all costs. every time I don’t I regret it.

  So disappointing to me. First time I went here for a car wash, bought a used car and it was dirty so I bought their best service. I waited over 4 hours, I didn’t double check the car when I saw it because I was too hungry, and when I got home I found that the floor mats under the seats, seat belts, and the bottom of the trunk were not washed, and there was a lot of mud and sand in the door cracks from the squirt gun rinse, and it wasn’t wiped clean. I was so disappointed!

  Came in for a car wash and full interior detail, extremely disappointed with how poor quality the interior cleaning was. The exterior wash was quite nice but for spending over $160 on an interior detail I’m quite disappointed for the super poor quality. Looks as if they just did a quick wipe down with a towel.

  I used to like Delta Sonic. However, when my van got scratched they gave me a lame excuse that their washes r generally safe. I just had my ENTIRE repainted that VERY WEEK! I EVEN Showed them the pics. There’s no EXCUSE! When I tried to contact them back within a few days to tell them I remembered where it happened, they refuse to accept my calls! CASE CLOSED! I FEEL I WAS TREATED VERY UNFAIR!

  John in the service department service my vehicle with a speed sensor tire pressure. He was very efficient very helpful. The part was not available. John did call me and set the appointment up and was very professional.

  Went in for an oil change. Had about 3-4 staff working together around my car – all were extremely professional and very pleasant and friendly. They explained everything and didn’t push me to buy anything I didn’t want to buy. (I understand they have to suggest some upsells, but they were merely a suggestion, and very few at that).
  They made me feel very comfortable. I am a manager for customer service and I understand how important this is.
  Job was done within 10ish minutes. They even topped off my tire’s air.
  Will definitely be back!
