  Got my truck washed just before heading out on a road trip, and got the full service Works Wash.OVERALL NOT WORTH THE MONEY. The wash was better than the drive through car wash, but notice they missed several spots. The mirrors and on the rim and door jams plus some water spots. Normally I would do a more thorough walk around, but was running late, and needed to get on the road. Notice when I went to charge my phone with my small black USB charging cable it was MISSING. At first I thought maybe they unplugged it when cleaning the interior, and put it in the center console. When I stopped for gas it was not in the console, glove box, or in between/under the seats.

  Will never come here again they danged my truck and refused to do anything about it. The general manager is completely unprofessional and did nothing but make up exacusses as to how it could have not happened at all. Completely unprofessional will never come here again. Over 18 years of coming here too.

  Update 9/22/2022
  After the manger and owner admitted that the employee committed the damage to my truck. The owner is refusing to pay for the damage to be repaired because he dosent agree with the price given in the estimate and believes it is a “hose job” by the repair shop. The owner tried to then blame me for the damage because of where i “parekd the truck” for them to detail it.Yet the unprofessionalism continues with this place.

  WARNING FOR THOSE WHO DON’T CHECK BANK ACCOUNTS OFTEN. First off, I really like this car wash. I run through and get the $5.00 and use the vacuums. I was going to get the Express Works car wash this time as I like to do it a couple of times a year. A man was standing by the pay machine. He said they were running a special and I could sign up and get that exact same $21.00 wash for only $10 per month. Of course I enrolled, I thought it was a great deal! So as I was doing my budget, I saw the $10 coming out. Well one month they took out $29.99! I called immediately. The lady I spoke to said the “special” is only for the first 3 months. I was not told this when I enrolled or I would have made sure to cancel before the time was up. This place will enroll you with these great deals, not tell you it is only a limited time and then proceed to take your money as they don’t offer any refunds. Sure it is only $29.99 but for them to not tell you upon enrollment it is only for 3 months is sketchy business practice.

  I did the top of the line detail inside and out! Got in my car and noticed the side panel by gas pedal still dirty. Sticky stuff on my seat still there! I could just pick it off! Why still there when I paid for a detail. Never will go back! They had my car all day. Very disappointed!

  This car wash is my favorite. The guys that work here are awesome and so kind! They are also really cheap for a quick $5.00 wash with free vacuums. I pay for a monthly membership and honestly the membership is so worth it. I love this car wash and will continue to return 🙂

  So I’ve gone to this same car wash site for about 8 years. Never had a problem until today… didn’t have a scratch on it until today either.. These series of scuffs are pretty apparent and without a degree in detectivism one could figure out that these scuffs, scratches and paint chips seem to have been rubbed against the car with that of bare metal, you know, like the rods that come down from the car wash machine… Anyway, The worst part, I proceed to show the boys at the payment bay the same thing you see attached. They look at it a few seconds and proceed to tell me that he “has millions of cars that go through here every day and this hasn’t happened before.” So I realized at this point they’re not even going to consider the car wash had anything to do with it. I told him he should at least check it. They told me, “We don’t have washers that come down only sideways.” Whatever that means…

  I would avoid this place if I could do it over. I signed up for the super membership but had to cancel today as I found several areas where paint was deeply scratched. The kind of gouges you can see from 50+ feet away. It will cost me several hundred dollars have a body shop repair the damage. You have no recourse with the car wash when this happens.

  I love Sierra car wash. I have a monthly membership with the ceramic coating for my car I’ve had a membership there through three different vehicles the Sierra car wash location on Longley and reno is not only the best car wash in Reno it is the best car wash in the state of Nevada if not the country it’s the best Car wash I’ve ever been to in my life. Is 3495 for the full service membership and that includes one free $40 detailing per month of the interior of your vehicle you get ceramic coating wheel cleaner pit kit free air fresheners I mean I just freaking love this place.   I have the membership where they do the inside once a month. Every time I come by this location the cashier always seems bothered as he quickly says “just the outside right?”. Today I came by at 4:06 and was told they couldn’t do the inside being it was past 4 and they don’t close until 5. Now I wonder why they don’t tell you these things when they encourage you to sign up for their membership. I asked the guy to cancel my membership as he quickly responded “sure I’ll cancel it right now” not sure why he was so happy. What a joke.

  I was at your kietzke lane facility on Thursday about about 9 30 -10 o’clock My car got washed and then I drove it to the area for vacuuming and finishing.. 3 other cars after me were taken care of before me. I needed to be at an appointment at 11 o’clock. so at 10:15 the young man started to work on my car. he worked in In slow motion and did another car instead of finishing mine. I noticed that the back of my Subaru was quite dirty and you could tell where he wiped at it but missed several spots. there were dirty marks on the door handles (the inset ), and when I got in, the sunshine on my front window looked awful. it still had Debris on the front and the inside you could tell he just swiped at it. I purchased the package to have a regular car Washes and I will cancel that because I was very disappointed in the manner in which that employee was taking care of my car. and for $36 my car didn’t look a 100% thank you.

  Really one of the worst washes ever! The car in front of me received the initial spray down and the young guy “pushing ” the button to start the wash sprayed that car down really well and even took the scrubber boom to the windows. We had just traveled from Fallon to Reno and they were brining the freeway and my entire car was misted and the windshield was covered. It was dry and crusty. When it was my turn, the guy immediately pushed the button to start me thru the wash before even spraying off my car. I asked him if he could make sure the windows were scrubbed. He just shrugged his shoulders, sprayed the car as it passed by him and we proceed through the wash cycle.

  I also paid to have the car dried, and it was wiped down with wet towels that just streaked the windows and left lint all over them! Took only about a minute for the guy to give it a quick wipe and wave us on. He didn’t even touch the top of the car. I rolled down my window and asked him if he could dry the top as it is a full top moonroof and I didn’t want soapy water spots because I noticed that the rinse step did not rinse off all the soap. He definitely gave me the impression that he was not happy about doing it, but he did it.

  For the money I paid, I think it was a very sorry job! I will not use the car wash again!!

  I would have went inside and complained but we had several Dr. appointments to attend and didn’t have time. Next time I will just wait until I get back to Fallon and get the great job Top Gun Car Wash does for just $9!

  Poor service, inattentive staff, and ultimately a damaging trip.

  Our side view mirror was ripped off during the car wash. We were told it was our fault for not tucking in the mirrors according to a small sign with an even smaller warning that you drive by and never stop near in a way you can read it. From the pics attached, you can’t see the sign pulling in to the cashier and the driver can’t see the sign at all once you stop at the cashier… neither is the warning displayed in the main, large pricing sign.

  Two attendants had the opportunity to communicate the need to tuck in mirrors. One attendant did tell us to remove our antenna but failed to mention the mirrors. The other attendant waved us straight into the car wash while pre-rinsing our vehicle and guiding us to get our tires on the tracks, and also failed to mention we should tuck in our mirrors.

  When the incident occurred, we were pointed to the sign and said that disclaims all liability. Then I pressed for more information and pointed out the non-visibility of the sign and was offered an incident report. The incident report had almost no space to tell the story, only “circle” where the damage was done on the vehicle. Worse, when asking for information about the department that will review the incident, we were told that no contact information would be given to us but we should hear from the department in 5-10 business days.

  I will absolutely never go back for the lack of preventative service and then avoidance of reparations when their lack of care ultimately caused expensive damage to my vehicle. And we are not the only ones— the team leader old me “it happens” and that’s why the sign is there. Also, attached a photo of another review with a damaged car. They need to pay attention or stop running a wash that is breaking vehicles.

  UPDATE: Got the car back after its wash and interior detail ($80). It took over 3 hours to have the car returned. At that point, my husband looked over the vehicle and quickly found that a few areas had not been cleaned, much less cleaned well.

  Total experience was an absolute bust. Should’ve read the other reviews about long wait times and services not worth the cost. Won’t be back. Hope you think twice.

  When we initially dropped off our RV we agreed on a price with these guys and thought we’d get back a spotless vehicle. Sadly when we first returned there were still many dusty places and entire areas like the engine, the luggage compartment and the shower were untouched. However after discussing the situation with the manager they were very forthcoming in making sure that the RV was cleaned and returned to us as we had expected. The final product was a sparkling and shiny vehicle that we now feel comfortable to return to the rental company. Shame it wasn’t done this way right from the start. For the time wasted I will only give four stars.
