  For a free car was it was pretty decent. It didn’t get the bugs off of my front bumper, nor did they provide any towels before or after your wash which I thought was weird. But it got the rest of my car clean and mainly dry. But would recommend handing out towels in the least.

  I had never gotten a chance to use this car wash before but through Facebook I received a free wash and I thought why not. Redeeming the code was fast and simple, the car wash did a pretty darn good job considering it had three weeks worth of bugs and heat stuck to it! Just for shoots and giggles I use the free vacuum afterwards because my middle seat had a ton of dog hair and it had no problem removing any of it. This place is going to be my new car wash to go to!

  I gave this car wash a 5 star rating before but after my recent experience I take it back. I have always used the free vacuums that are offered and always buy a car wash after. Well today I was informed that the vacuums are no longer free since August apparently? Even tho I’ve used the services here many times since August and always gotten my car wash after vacuuming and never had any problems. It is also still advertised all over the parking lot that the vacuums are free. Was told by the little red head with snakebites and an attitude problem, that the manager has been trying to find someone to take down the signs. I don’t know who you have to “hire” to take down a sign but maybe you should “hire” someone to make new and more accurate signs as well. Very disappointed.

  I have been washing all of my vehicles here since I first started driving – the last two times I have been here and used my card to pay, the machine doesn’t recognize it and it appears as if it didn’t read on the time clock at the top of the bay. I swiped my card twice yesterday and it didn’t work, so I went and got cash and paid for my wash with $5 in cash. Today I looked at my bank account, and I have two charges for $12 each – this is unacceptable to have faulty equipment that charges people when they don’t receive what they paid for. I have been washing all my vehicles here for over 12 years, and because of this I will not be a customer any longer. I have washed my vehicles hundreds of times when the prior owners had parkway, and I have never had this happen once. If you’re using a card, I would definitely go elsewhere. This used to be the best car wash in town, now it’s just a racket.

  I’ve been washing my vehicles at the Park Way for about 29 years and I have never had a problem with water pressure or anything. I’ve had to wait a bit some of the time, the place is pretty popular with their prices, friendliness and services they provide. Plus you have a choice to use the automated wash or do it your self. I have found that not all car washes are the same! Their either automated or do it your self. Park Way car wash is easy access as well, over all a good place to wash off travel grime.

  I like the other employees they had before they changed ownership. They used to towel dry the vehicle it’s bad when I gotta ask for a towel and do it myself because the new employees are to lazy to do there job then they expect a tip for pulling my mirrors back out. Time to find a better carwash with better service

  I’m trying to get my Corvette hand washed while in Spearfish this week. The 2 places I called locally are booked out for months. Called this place to confirm they had capacity to do a hand wash today or tomorrow and was initially told yes, come down any time. So I asked again to just confirm that he does indeed have capacity for a hand wash of my Corvette because I didn’t want to make the drive and find out otherwise and I can’t take it through an automatic wash due to the likelihood of damage (the owner’s manual even says not to), he said “oh uh, no we’re gonna pass on that” and just hung up on me.

  Cost me $25+ to wash my truck in one the bays. Hardly any pressure. Did a terrible job each time. Had to wash it 3 times in order for it to actually come clean. Highly no recommended! I would also like to add I used my debit card and paid $4.00 by the time I was done it was charged $6.25 if I remember right. I wasn’t done so I ran my card again. My total charge in the bay was $29. Ridiculous!

  I’d like to talk about my experience going through the car wash this week. I was having a terrible day and was trying to have a good end to my day by having my car washed on my way home and as I was entering the wash, one of the workers named Hunter, was looking out for me. As I was pulling up to the car wash, I didn’t notice I had my sunroof open and instead of Hunter letting my day get worse when I was already having a bad day, he made sure not to start the wash, get my attention, and inform me about my sunroof being open. If it wasn’t for Hunter my day would’ve gotten so much worse. In the front seat of my car was my work laptop, and my dinner, both of them would’ve been ruined if water was poured onto them. I’ve been to multiple car washes in rapid city before and the workers in the tunnels are always wearing a set of headphones and just pressing the buttons on the machine to start the wash, but Hunter is set apart from the stereotypical tunnel wash workers. I appreciate Hunter for looking out for his customers to put a smile on their faces by simply being amazing and keeping his job as his priority. I will definitely forever be a customer at this car wash as long as Hunter is there. Hunter deserves a raise or to have a tip jar. Thank you for reading my experience!

  Run of the mill prices. Even though they spray your car off before even going through the car wash they NEVER get my car clean. I always get out of my car at home to find dirt streaks all over the rear/trunk and wheel wells. I only stop here cause it’s convenient on my way home, but after the last terrible wash, I’m done.

  Great car wash…I have used the self was 4 to 6 times a month for the past year to rinse the road dust (I live in the country) off my jeep and F150. I had to reduce to two stars as when I last washed my Jeep (Tuesday February 8, 2022) the charge to my debit card was $18.75. The timer was stopped at 6:30. Almost $3.00 a minute for a car wash is way out of my budget…
