  Where do I begin. No management on site. No phone number to call. Emails take days to respond. Line is to the street with over 20 cars no matter what time you come by. There is a car parked in the bay, only one working. I have been back three times in one day still waiting for a car wash it is ridiculous. Where is the value, Where is the service? I own a franchise this is ridiculous

  Had a wonderful encounter with the new manager, Brandon. He informed me of the new stipulation and rules concerning future use of the detailing my vehicle, and that I would need to have car washed prior to using vacuums on the site. He also explained former management may have misinformed customers. He made me aware of the membership advantages which was not presented in my prior visits. I was able get my car washed and freely use the vacuums.

  Jaylan was super personable and helpful in choosing the right wash for my needs. Great vacuums with strong suction great for getting up all those crushed up goldfish in the backseat. Will be back soon the next time I’m on this side of town, otherwise I would have purchased a membership.

  Let me start off by saying that the customer service from I think the manager; if not he should be!!
  Your card machine was down but the staff was accommodating anyway provided me with excellent customer service. And I still enjoyed visiting this location on a whim, but I would have a great experience. This is a car wash locations again and again that’s why I gave five stars!! 🤩🤩

  Listen I’ve had issues with my monthly pass here, I’ve had some of the slowest service of car washes. They’re kind, but I’ve had to pay multiple times because someone didn’t register my tag, and they don’t seem to care to resolve the issue. Very frustrating.
  Some of the vacuums are strong, others pretty pitiful. I do like that they have window rags and spray, would be nice if they’d add pressurized air for drying the details, etc. A car mat washing station would help to.
  This place gets backed up quickly don’t go on a Saturday if you don’t have the time.

  Came here and paid $25 for a all in wash they do not have high pressure jet tire washers so am going somewhere else right now to get rewashed correctly. Then went over to vacuum out my truck and the vacuums are all clogged up when I mentioned it to the three staff members who were standing around talking they said they would take care of it additional 10 minutes later and nothing is going forward. Bad wash vacuums terrible and if you look in picture posted all of the rags that are supposed to be for wiping down and doing touchup clean with our dirty on the bottom of the cart meanwhile staff is not taking care of it hopefully issues can be fixed because I used to come here all the time but I won’t be back

  Edit to add : I appreciate the owners response but I will not be back as his wash charges a premium cost for a subpar clean no wheel cleaning jets not sure but I don’t think there is underbody wash and vacuuming that is terrible and clogged mentioned this to someone who said they used to go here all the time but it is just a money grab now that isn’t maintained well as the owner stands back and let’s poorly trained lazy staff run the location.

  DO NOT GO HERE. Literally the worst car wash. None of the vacuums work remotely well. I asked an employee if they had any better ones and he repeatedly said, “You pay for the car wash, not the vacuum. We are getting torn down in March so we are not going to try to replace the vacuums now. You get what you pay for.” There were about 5 other cars here at the same time with everyone complaining about the vacuums. A refund would be appreciated and a sign up front before you pay that says “vacuums out of order”. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews beforehand. I didn’t think I needed to since I assumed everything would work well. The corporate owners have commented on many of the 1 star reviews with “We hate to hear this but appreciate your feedback so we can improve. We’ll check in with our local team now.” It seems like this is just lip-service and the problem has not actually been addressed.

  I use them often and have seen a lot of struggles but they are improving. It’s cleaner and doing better. A great location but not a perfect wash. I have a membership.

  This was the best experience at a car wash that I’ve had in a long time. My car was spotless leaving there. I really don’t get the negative reviews previously posted. I met the manager while I was cleaning out my car. Torrey and his staff were all professional, and kind. I’ll definitely be back.

  This was just one of the many spots that still had noticeable dirt on it after the car was wash. This photo was taken after I spent 20 dollars on a wash. Very disappointed. The vacuums were good but they ran out of towels to clean/wipe down your car

  They did okay I paid for the highest package which isn’t much. They asked what I would like them to focus on which was my center department which was pretty easy to clean. After leaving I noticed they did not even touch it. So that was disappointing.

  I just received the worker carwash ever. This place is not the best. Grant it I a
  New to the area it’s hard to know what is good and what is not. I always see cars lined up here figured it must be good. What could possible go wrong. Pass by go somewhere else. I had to ask them to do their job efficiently.
  When I spend $34 to get a car wash I expect exceptional detail work. Sad to say a complete waste of my money. Lesson learned won’t return. They don’t even say anything they just walk away; I’m like I’m hello does that mean your done? Water marks, streaky windows what did I just pay for 🤦🏽‍♀️

  This was my first time going through a self-serve exterior only car wash. I would have given it five stars because the wash itself was great, except that there was a slight miscommunication and debacle.

  I needed a receipt and was not offered one and was trying to flag an employee down to get one before I went in the car wash. Nobody told me I had to put the car in neutral before I went in. So it was in drive when I went into the car wash and was going a lot faster than I anticipated. When it came out of one section I saw a truck in front of me and slammed on the brakes and then the manager came and shut down the car wash.

  Unfortunately, one of my windshield wipers had broken so he drove down the street with me to replace it. Which was very nice and greatly appreciated. The manager, Josh, said that he had already spoken with one of the employees and would be speaking with the other one to remind them of proper protocol.

  I think this is especially important for those of us who have never gone through a car wash in our own vehicle before. Overall, the situation was handled with complete professionalism and I would recommend them. And now I know what I didn’t know before!
