  Super fast oil change and a good car wash too. I was able to get the oil changed, then vacuum the interior on my own with the free vacuums they have, and then get an exterior cash wash in like fifteen minutes. The guys working there are good and helpful.

  Good for a car wash that isn’t black. Careful when doing an oil change specially if your a woman they tend to take advantage of you by selling a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Also they like to claim they go through their whole check list leaving my wife’s car on empty!

  Had to go inside to ask if anyone was operating the car wash since no one was around. Very rude personnel. Several walked in front of us and not one said “Excuse me.” Used to be a terrific place with a great manager. Paying the monthly subscription is no longer worth the experience…will be cancelling.

  Brought my brand new car to them for a car wash. The car and all the rims were in mint condition, and the machine destroyed 2 of my rims both on the drivers side. When the machine was pulling my car through it obviously dragged the rims on the metal rails that are there to keep the car in place. The manager took my complaint like a joke completely unwilling to Work with me and then he said “yea we have people say we damaged their rims but it’s not our machine “. He obviously didn’t realize how ridiculous that sounds. He was completely unwilling to do anything or take accountability.

  Came in for an oil change I really needed. Was told 30 minutes. Came back in an hour, they hadn’t even started and my car was in the same place, so I left. I get the sense that certain people are shown favoritism and others are given the run around. Waste of my time.

  a few times, I received scratches from going through the car wash here. IMO they need to clean their cleaning ribbons & brushes more as they have reduced the flow of water to a trickle and the soap is barely rinsed off, let alone any debris left on the ribbons and brushes

  I came here for the first time today and loved every bit of it. Vincent was terrific with helping me and answering any questions I had. My vehicle came out great. Prices are reasonable as well. After searching for weeks for a place I am happy I found here. Thank you for the great service I received and to top it off the dog area is great as well, I know my dogs would love it here. Everything is very neat and clean… smells great as well. It’s a place where you would want your car and pets to come or visit.

  I was incredibly impressed by the customer service received at Buggy Car Wash! Staff helped me make the appropriate choice on what my car needed and at an outstanding price. The end result, a perfect looking car, without any effort on my end. All that was needed from me was pulling into the wash station and letting the magic happen. With all the lights, I can see it being fun for the kids as well! I’ll be bringing mine the next time I visit.
