  I’ve been a member of this car wash since it opened and felt their service was decent. The wash doesn’t clean cars as well as I hoped but it’s the best I can find around. Last Thursday I went to have my car washed and the guy that scrubs your car prior to entering cracked my front windshield after tapping the broom on top. After getting out of the wash I filed a complaint to the manager on duty who said they would report to corporate to get it fixed and they’d call me in a few business days. I asked what if my windshield breaks while driving and they didn’t even answer me back. Monday after I called to check on it and corporate still hasn’t responded. Now it’s Tuesday afternoon with no response. Please call me and let’s get this fixed corporate. Terrible service so far.

  A great value for the money if you’re a regular customer, using their services at least 4 times a month and participating in their “ as many washes per month as needed for a monthly low price “. Always clean. Great operating hours from 8 am to 8 pm, all seven days a week. Even if you don’t get into their monthly specials, a once in awhile car wash is a good value as your vehicle always comes out clean and shiny. What more could you ask for except for it to be free.

  Great car wash! One thing I didn’t notice is an undercarriage spray. A great option to include. I make trips to Buffalo, NY area which their top notch snow removal equipment uses salt and or liquid brine. Like to ensure it’s washed off. Other than that, so far so 👍 good.

  Nice wash packages and strong vacuums. They also provide towels to wipe down your vehicle, rims, dashboards, etc. Just remember to put them in the yellow barrel when finished not the gray barrel, that’s for trash. There’s even a high pressure air hose to blow out those small crumbs or debris in tight spaces in your vehicle. There’s also a floor mat wash station which is a nice touch.

  I love this place! Saves a ton of time especially during the summer when I want to keep my vehicle clean and shiny. The vacuums are powerful and they provide clean rags and window cleaner for further cleaning if needed. Highly recommended!

  Got a basic car wash and the inside cleaned. Did a good job except that they didn’t clean the windows from the insides, or they just left them really streaky, not sure which. Also they left the wheel wells caked with mud, which is really annoying since I paid for an upgrade.

  I have my oil changed here every 3000 miles. Also had my NC DMV inspection here. Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable. If they are unable to cover a vehicle need they will give you a recommendation.

  EDIT: I had to change my review after the level of service I most recently received. I know this is separate from the Oil Changing service, but it must be noted that JACOB and CAMERON at the lube service were SO FRIENDLY and extremely attentive. They helped me by looking over my vehicle to ensure that it didn’t need an oil change (I just purchased the vehicle). I then decided to give the carwash a go and the man standing at the machine made it so easy for me. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will say, however, that this car wash is MISSING the hose to clean off your rubber mats, and the small air compressor to DUST your vehicle. These two commodities would keep me coming back, but without them, I will only visit when I am having my oil changed.

  This is by far one of the worst car washes I have ever been to!!! The owner is some short man who walks around yelling at his employees like they’re children. Told me one price over the phone but when I got there it was different, if I could give it a 0 I would!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I’m going to a self service car wash from now on I literally can a better job than them!!!

  I had to call to ask if they were still coming. The guy that came stated he thought I didn’t want my car done due to it lightly raining earlier in the day. After I said yes & he said he was coming, he called back was sounding like he didn’t even want to come, saying it was supposed to rain (it didn’t). When he finally came, he was over 30 minutes late from my scheduled time of 6:00. I originally wanted the inside & out of my car done, but settled for just the inside, since it was more important & the guy seemed like he didn’t want to do it to start with. He did a good job on the inside, I will give him that, but not worth what he was charging or what I paid since a little later I noticed he didn’t even do my windows or windshield or back glass along with the situation as a whole.

  They did an amazing job detailing My nissan sentra white.My car had not been detailed since 2018 and it had smoke marks on the inside from Me allowing ppl to smoke inside and picking the habit back up myself.No more smoke marks and it smells amazing considering the fact that there was a lingering crab smell from Me spiilling a pan of crab boil in the front seat a few months back. Money well spent is all I can say.Oh and My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Thanks Guys!
