  Paid $15 for a wash because I wanted the underbody cleaned. The Employee stopped me to say I can’t go in because of my roof rack. I was fine with that and was okay with getting a refund and washing somewhere else then. What I assume was the manager came out and I believe rather than do a refund he instead said they could run my car through the car wash at a slower speed. At the end of the wash my car came out looking about the same. Honestly it was not clean at all and not worth the $15.

  Let me tell you why I will DEFINITELY be a repeat client at the Take 5 on Nolensville Pk…aside from doing what was expected, which was washing my car properly (and even getting the brake dust out of my rims, which were cakes up pretty good on there), the CUSTOMER SERVICE RATES FIVE STARS. Jonathan was first class, greeted me kindly and was very helpful with all my questions. The young lady at the front of the wash itself (forgive me, I forget her name) was very kind and you definitely got the feeling they were happy to be there. Certainly not the experience I’ve had at other car washes, including other Take 5’s, and I’ll happily pay more to come here for that kind of quality treatment then go anywhere else. Keep it up, I’ll definitely be back!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  I love take 5! Jonathan gives such a solid energy every time I come into wash my car. I use their premium monthly wash and it is the best monthly subscription I have. It’s like a 5 minute disco party going through the wash cycle. I bring my dog every time and sometimes random family or friends for vibes! The plus is my car is so damn clean all the time. I go at least 3-4 times a week! It’s addicting. Thank you guys! Take 5 for the win!

  Good experience I haven’t been here in a while but I think they have new owners with the new name and they are now supplying complementary glass cleaner and interior shine solution. And towels too. They usually had a special that was buy one get the next one half off but the guy running the machine said a two for one special or something had just expired the day before. So that was my only disappointment because it is up there in price. I paid $18 with the shine wax $3 upgrade. I give the free vacuums 3 out of 5 for suction it’s just average and it would be nice to have a small narrow 8-10″ extension that lets you get into deep corners under the seat.

  Every experience I’ve had here has been a 10/10! I am always in an out in no time but never a rushed work. The workers here are excellent in making sure I get exactly what I want done to my vehicle and my satisfaction. Out of all the car wash places I’ve been, this is the best one yet!! RECOMMEND !!!!!

  Was the closest wash to my hotel while visiting for the Car Wash Show. The tenant didn’t bother explaining what came with each wash, which was fine as I was getting the top tier wash anyways. Then the second tenant that guides you in didn’t bother to guide at all other than pull forward. Ended up hitting the inside rail of the conveyor. I put my car in neutral expecting them to spray for bugs or prep the car in some way, but they just sent me on through. When I got through the wash, I pulled around to the vacuum area. Vacuums were very nice, clean area, and was actually quite impressive. They had window wipes, but I didn’t bother using them as there was a warning to use them at your own risk. Looked at the front of my vehicle and there were still bug guts all over. Was extremely disappointed after paying $23 to still have bug guts all over the front of my vehicle. I didn’t even know about the clean car guaranteed until I looked at the reviews right before doing this one. The tire shine application was perhaps the best I’ve seen from an automatic wash. If you have bugs, I wouldn’t recommend. Otherwise it’s a great wash, but you have to get the bugs off especially being in the South.

  The best car wash around the area. The detail area is clean, the towels (provided) are moist and ready to shine your windows or the whole vehicle. Those vacuums really do suck, everything right up!

  I thoroughly enjoy this wash. It does a good job washing your car. The staff is friendly and they do a good job of getting you through quickly. The vacuums are free as well and they have so many spots. I highly recommend you checking them out.

  Went through the premium wash expecting an underbody wash as advertised. With salty roads this is actually the most important thing. To my surprise the picture attached was after the car wash so I called up and they said the operator probably forgot to press “the button” and to come back for a redo. No big deal. Upon return, as I pulled in I explained to the operator that the last time thru the undercarriage never got flushed they said…oh our car wash won’t clean that…you need High pressure. I guess I am surprised that a car wash who’s sole business is to clean cars doesn’t have a descent undercarriage flush.

  I usually seek out this car wash because they’ve done a great job in the past. However, today I got the $35.00 full wash inside and out. They didn’t do a whole section of the inside including the passenger side and center console. I even told the guy the passenger side had not been done. He told me he did it already, which was completely untrue and obviously so. A total disappointment. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and you souls too.

  Today I went to the car wash and spent $60 on a car wash interior and exterior. I spent extra to make sure that the dog hair was vacuumed out and it was cleaned. I got my car back it was barely vacuumed and still had mud in it…
  When I called to ask about the car I was told that they do not clean cloth seats. they only vacuum them. In either case the center consul, it was pulled down to try to hide the dog hair that was not vacuumed and the seats were still muddy. Attached is a picture of the interior after the so-called cleaning.

  I don’t know how they consistently deliver such great service. Usually you have to double check a car wash service’s work, but I’ve stopped doing that because of the consistently flawless wash I get! The attendants are always pleasant and courteous. Thank you!

  Pretty good service and pretty good cleaning. The staff was efficient, pricing was good. There were a few spots that were missed and smudges here and there, but overall, my car looked amazing. The staff was focused on efficiency and during some interactions, kindness and southern charm were the costs. The guy the handed my my car back ended my trip well with chatting and goodbyes. He was an older black guy that went the extra mile when I asked to touch up a spot. I may come back here.
