  I have been using this car wash since they opened. I loved going here because for 10 bucks you could get a basic car wash, use the vacuum, get an air freshener and wipe out my car with the towels that they used to provide. Now, the vacuums do not have as much suction, there aren’t anymore rags or cleaner that used to be so helpful and it’s minute but they don’t give out the air freshener anymore. I definitely will not be back and I know I’m not the only one that feels this way. What a shame

  They got bought by another company. Not the same. The reason I went there was because they had the buckets with the soapy water to clean your rims before the wash. Employee assured me that the upgraded machines would do the job of the soapy water and brush. It didn’t had to clean the rims when I got home. The machine wash… vacuums…etc are nice.Please bring back the soapy buckets! It set you guys apart…

  The only reason for two stars is when I left I was assured I would get same plan, when I got back even though new buyers took over. Well I came back and you guessed it, that was gone, price went up and military discount gone. I really like the car wash wash, does a great job and amenities were good. But why tell us something that wasnt true. I will go back, but not as happy.

  I have loved this car wash for awhile now, but ever since the new ownership the vacuums have not been kept in working order. 4 consecutive washes I’ve gone to a vacuum bay only to have to leave and go to different one to find a nozzle that’s free of debris and sucks strong enough to clean my car. It’s upsetting Managment let that go just to save a few bucks.

  Since new owner Mister. Quality has diminished. Use to have barrel of soap water and brush to get bird deposits and bugs off. Now no longer available. I got. Premium monthly service and is not getting car clean. I cancelled service and looking for another car wash. Management suggested I write review

  The guy at the entrance of the wash only put soap on half of the car and doesn’t pressure clean the front of the car like other car washes do but yet I’m paying the same amount of money so I don’t think I’ll be coming back here I’ll just use the other car washes that actually do the job they’re supposed to do. As you can see from the photos below, i basically need to wash the car again. Wash at your own risk and good luck.

  I’m amazed anyone uses this car wash. I just ran my car through their carwash facility to remove a light amount of bug and road residue from the front of my car and the windshield. The car did not come out clean, so I asked the manager if we could run it through again, and he told me II had to go over to the pre wash station, (where they have a 50 gallon drum full of soapy water and a brush) and pre wash the car myself, before he would run it through again. Am I the only person who thinks paying $12 to essentially have to wash my own car is insane?

  I washed both of my vehicles here today. My truck was filthy and the wash was great. The vacuums had very good suction and the air hoses’ worked very well. They offer feee micro fiber towels to use along with window cleaner. I used to visto other washes but all have raised their prices and took away the nice little amenities like towels, cleaners and freshener. This place is good if you just need to clean your vehicle that’s slightly dirty. My truck was bad so I stayed and detailed it. If you just need a quick wash and vac for you car this place is the best bang for your buck in town. This place could offer a pre-scrub area and air freshener and it would be a 10/10. I have no affiliation with this establishment; I’m just a happy customer. The place is more updated than the photos listed. Give it a try.

  Water didn’t even sprinkle on the back of the car, a regular sedan. Grey dust was still there. And markings weren’t washed from the sides. I was able to just wipe it all off without applying any pressure. Had to wash my car at home. Crazy.

  I was welcomed by Mario. Amazing energy and friendly! Mario had nothing but a smile on his face and was so ready and willing to help! Zac & Thomas washed down my car before entering the car wash. Great group of people! Best experience I have had at the car was in a while! Very happy!

  One of the best car washes in Naples. Customer service is not forgotten about here. Danny was helpful and made me feel welcome to be there. Cleans a big truck very nicely. Great vacuums and also provides clean cloths to dry the vehicle. Unlimited plans are available but my personal favorite buy 4 washes and get 1 free on any car you own/use.

  Had a great wash, very friendly customer service Mario took care of me to the best of his ability. Vacuums we’re great the complementary towels window cleaner were a must. Best thing about that place is the air pressure spray which gets into all the places you can’t reach in your car. Would use this service again might even get the month bundle.
