  Overall Great but didn’t clean the trunk door good enough… The staff Erin and seem like a new dude but didn’t catch his name, was incredibly nice and willing to work with me!! Ms. Erin explain the monthly payment and perks of having it too. Thank you Ms. Erin and other dude for making it a good experience!

  By far the worst experience. I’ve used it twice now and I’m sorry I should not have to get out and have to rewash my car and clean it after spending $20+ on a car wash! Legit couldn’t even tell I went threw a car wash. I had to get out an use a towel to clean the front of my car. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤬🤯

  Went on my lunch break on 11/11/22 was really impressed the staff was friendly n helpful .. definitely gonna get a membership there just can’t decide on which package. Out of all the locations I’ve been to in the area this location was the best.

  I haven’t used automatic car washes a lot and in fact this was my second time using one; I got the most basic service and here how it went:

  – the car windows were cleaned pretty well as well as the sides however there was a good amount of stuck bugs in the front bumper.
  – unfortunately I got 2 pretty significant paint scratches on the side; so if you have a pretty nice car or want to be safe go for a manual car wash cause this is the second time this happened to me in a row using an automated car wash.
  – unfortunately part of the side windows sealing was completely ripped off as well.
  – the vacuums were pretty good and had strong suction.

  So basically you get what you pay for; I haven’t tried the more expensive cleaning options they had which could provide a better results. I would be careful with automated car washes if you wanna avoid potential damages to your car.

  Paid 27.00 for the perfect polish wash. Pull around to the start of the wash and the associate barely sprayed my vehicle with the pretreatment spray, not what I’m accustomed to from experiences in the past. Then after the wash I had to wait a considerable amount of time for anyone to come start the polish express wax service, two associates finally came and was more paying attention to their conversation than to the details of my car. I know it’s miserably hot this time of year but what ever happened to quality customer service especially where the primary goal here would be your customers feeling as though their hard earned money was well spent. Very disappointed in today’s experience.

  It’s an automated car wash like most, but the machines are “soft touch” and there is an extra set of washers even more that some of the other Rich’s I’ve used.

  I recommend this over anything other than a hand wash.

  Came here to clean my car, When I pulled up the employee was very helpful he assisted with the entire process with out having to be asked. This carwash you get your money’s worth here and my car was more cleaner than other car washes I have been to.

  This was my second time using a Rich’s Car wash and I’ve noticed scratches on my car. This last time there was a very noticeable deep scratch on my drivers side door. When I showed the attendant so that they would be aware in case there was debris or something in the brushes he responded with an attitude. I will not be visiting this location again.
