  I have been a loyal customer since they opened, but lately they have not took the time to do a good job. I went through the wash with the Supreme + rain X. When I came out my truck still had bug on the front and the windshield. I will be looking for a new place to spend my money.

  The older gentleman spraying off the cars coming into was super friendly, very thorough and took his time and earned the tip I left. The two younger guys drying left my windshield and hood soaked. Much appreciated! 3:18 local

  The haunted car wash was a lot of fun and the family enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately the wash itself wasn’t too great. The entire back of my explorer was still dirty and the rims didn’t get cleaned at all.

  The Halloween event was fun and a creative way to celebrate while practicing Covid safety measures. While waiting in the car line, we saw roughly a dozen actors dressed up in creepy costumes walking among the cars. A clown in a mask came up to our car, and since we had tinted windows, he looked in the back windows. Presumably he was looking for kids to scare, but it was just my husband & I so he shrugged his shoulders & walked away. I was a little worried there would be some jump scares inside the car wash, but when nothing occurred I realized that would be huge safety hazard. Still, the lighting inside seemed a lot darker in some parts & flashier in other parts, so it complemented the spooky ambience outside. A fun Halloween activity with the added bonus of getting a clean car!

  I usually love them, but I washed my car before I left town and the machine scratched my car. I didn’t notice until I was several miles out of town (on my way to Fargo)and was filling up with gas. I mentioned it the following day when I got another wash and was told I would have needed to report it that day. I still love their service, but I may need to switch it up to touchless going forward.

  I am here 3rd time but each time this place Supervisor doesn’t know how to act on Clean truck wash.
  Pls do not come to this location or if you wish you will check and after washed you will regret for sure.
  Pls do not waste your money and time.

  Had truck washed at 7:30 am when they weren’t busy, they worked fast, and when truck was wet it looked pretty good however once it dried it became apparent they never picked up a brush, stacks and front bumper were still very dirty, full of bug stains and and stack elbows were still dirty with road grime, waste of $65, I don’t expect a full hand wash, but scrubbing forward facing chrome is a no brainier, Fargo does a good job, Minot…… Less than satisfactory

  Well i stopped even tho the reviews were steering me to go to Fargo, but i couldnt go any farther without washing the Yukon dirt off chilipepper. But as these reviews stated, they halfass the wash. They were not busy and rushed thru wash, the staff was friendly but they pay no attention to quality or detail. truck looked great till it dried then i noticed rear frame wasnt washed, back of sleeper had numerous spots missed, 2 rims i had to wipe down cause half of them werent brushed. These kids need to slow down and do better. Not badmouthing by no means, but management needs to step up their game at this location.

  I’ve been to quite a few self service car washes but never ones that are tandem. Basically two cars in same stall together. You can’t help but get overspray from other washing. Also, I spent the most I have EVER spent at a self service car wash ($9) and departed with soap still on my van. It might be more efficient to use the credit card but I was reluctant as it states they FIRST charge your card $25 and then credit $$ back after you hit STOP. No refunds.

  The only laundry facility I use in town. There’s just something about it I like. Convenient. Has wash bay and vehicle vacuum options right there…always peaceful and workers are nice. There’s a cat… I think he lives behind the counter most of the time. He doesn’t bother anyone. Rest rooms are clean. I can relax there and read or whatever and enjoy my time

  Other than being a little ways away from where my wife & I are staying I just had to check it out after visiting some other laundry mats in the past that are way below par. Cause when I do laundry I need Washers that work & dryers that actually dry within a reasonable amount of time . So Here At Express Laundromat , This Is Exactly What Corey is providing as I can only assume he’s the owner whom is hands on a daily part of this multi use facilities operations. It’s certainly your one stop for Laundry ( Full Service or Do it Yourself) & has a car/truck wash as well . I was there on a slow day so I can assure the Water is Hot & Everything Works as it should !!!

  The bays were very clean and there was great water pressure. Also you don’t need quarters you use your card and the washer stays on until you hit stop. My car sits to low for car washes and this place is the best self service wash in minot. I just wish I had heard about this place a long time ago.
