  I only gave it one star because I had to but honestly I would give it a negative 4 starts! Don’t go to this carwash! Their equipment broke off and smashed into my sons windshield and broke his rear view window! Been calling corporate for an hour to get this situation remedied and no response. The responding police officer said a similar thing happened to him not long ago. Be aware!!

  Staff was friendly which would of made this a better review if the equipment didn’t fail while I was getting a car wash. Also as the staff was helpful I noticed the managers/ owner being rude and harsh to the staff working trying their best. It’s sad how they where being treated because it was not their fault for the car wash’s poor and outdated equipment.

  Most if the staff who pre spray your vehicle they usually just get half the grill and half the windshield shows they don’t want to be there. Vacuum and blower work great and it’s a reasonable car wash it’s pretty good like a 4 of 5

  Paying 20 dollars for a wash where the employee that is supposed to be washing downthe car before entering the wash. Not even half of the car gets rinsed off and the girl is staring into space! Then you get out the wash and the whole back end of the car looks the same as when it went in. Overall horrible place to pay for a wash. Never again!

  Absolute worst car wash I’ve ever had. Paid extra for wheel and tire prep and hand dry, I had to dry it myself but the truck is still filthy, and wasn’t even that dirty before I washed it. This is $37 worth?!?

  I’ve been to the midland location twice and paid to have the car completely dried and wheels polished. No matter how much you tip($20) It’s never been completely dry and my tires are stained brown now..like they had rust in the tire shine? I don’t know. The Odessa one was a little better, but still have brown tires..

  I paid for 1 month unlimited car washes with CC. Next day checking my bank account I find out their new system has started drafting my account. I talked to the manager on site and was told their new system has been over charging people. He said he took my account info off their system and sent in a request to reimburse me and gave me receipts. He told me it would be put back in my account in a couple days. After a week it still was not back in my account, so I went back to talk to the same manager again. He had me fill out some info and took pics of my receipts to send to district manager. I was then told I would have to wait another 5 to 7 business days before I could get my money back. I am beginning to think I’m not getting my money back. In my opinion I think this is the same thing as theft!. I never authorized my account to be drafted for anything and now I can’t even get my money back. So be very weary of this place!!!

  Terrible place. The guys are supposed to scrub the bumpers and the windshield to get off the bugs. They did a half ass job. Then I paid extra for hand dry and half the vehicle was still wet when they said they were done. So I wanted a rewash and they said they weren’t responsible if the first wash didn’t clean my car. I paid $25 and my vehicle is still dirty and wet and soapy.

  🙂i like the place and staff is friendly but I don’t know about these Midland bugs. I have to visit the car wash every other day to keep my car, the grill and interior clean. Just one thing,
  Even by visiting this often the front grill doesn’t get cleaned all the way. I still got big juice and I requested “bug cleaner “
  I will still continue the membership for both Audi vehicles and give it a longer try.
  I do recommend this place. Maybe is the type of grill my vehicle has 😃

  The windshield wiper area and the roof still had some dirt on them after the wash. Apart from these areas, the wash was good.
  A ‘special service’ for rim cleaning was also added, but the rims still had dirt.
