  Straight trash. This location tore my bumper off my car and instead of fixing have given me the run around for a year. Horrible customer service. The vacuums barely work and I mean they lack suction power when they do decide to come on. They car wash section isn’t the best either.

  *STAY FAR AWAY*
  I unfortunately, used the poplar Ave ZIP location for a quick $10 car wash. Upon going through the wash I discovered 90% of the wash did not work.

  I was not informed by any employees. I spoke with the gentleman he stated corporate only can issue refunds. I have emailed the support email. They do not give a phone number. I have little confidence they will respond.

  On top of everything, they changed the guy at the pay station changed me and extra $5.00 for an add on I did not authorize.

  I will be filling this under a fraudulent unauthorized charge. 1. Service not rendered 2. Charging people for things they did not approve.

  I encourage others to not use this pathetic company, and if you did and have this experience dispute it with your card company! While waiting on the receipt I was able to inform 5 cars waiting about my experience and they left, so that’s the only positive.

  I really enjoy this car wash it does a really good job on my van. I’ve been coming since last year.
  Shout out to Jesse he’s one of a kind. He’s always professional, polite and always ready to help.
  He cares so much about his customers.

  The people are very friendly, and I love their unlimited wash plans, however I cannot remember a time when all of the equipment and brushes worked properly. A few weeks ago I left with my car covered in soap. This week the rinse was fixed, but several of the brushes were not working. Is it THAT difficult to keep your equipment working? What’s the point of unlimited washes when your car doesn’t get clean?

  WARNING! Save your money and time and go to another car wash. This one is rarely fully functional, and they know this, yet they will still gladly take your money and refuse to offer a refund when you realize your car is no cleaner than when it entered the car wash!

  And I see all of the replies from the Zips owner saying “We hate to hear this but appreciate your feedback so we can improve. We’ll check in with our local team now.” You know there is a problem and has been for months, so do the right thing and shut down the car wash until you can fix the issues. And refund the money to those you have stolen from. And when you talk to your local team, please let them know that I will be the guy holding up a sign on the sidewalk letting everyone know who passes by that the car wash is broken and to take their business elsewhere.

  Overall great value for the quality of wash you get. They also have drying towels to use and give back as well. The guide track does not have the alignment bar for your wheels so lower cars can go here too which is a huge plus. Everyone I have spoke with is very helpful and eager to answer your questions. The dryers could be better and 1 time I was there there the vacuums were not working. Other than that this is a great car wash right on Germantown Pkwy on my way to work! Only adds 3 mins to my route if I only do a wash. I like it so much I decided to join a monthly plan.

  I’ve been coming here for over a month now and the experience is always quick, efficient and most importantly cleanly! I especially love the vacuum stations where microfiber towels are provided. Special mention to the employees who are always friendly and ready to help, the associate Jaylen informed me of the better deal with the monthly membership vs the single use

  Currently a monthly membership holder at Zips and looking to change. I tried the top tier wash and was highly satisfied!!! Unfortunately my subscription just processed so I’ll have to wait a few weeks to cancel. I will definitely be purchasing a membership next month. Friendly service from the staff is a plus and greatly appreciated.

  If you take pride in having.a clean ride this is the place. Not hard on the wallet with their unlimited wash monthly plan. 3 different types of car wash from 23 to 33 dollars.. I have the lowest price plan and because my car gets dirty at my construction site. I use the car wash 4 times a week. This is a bargin,. I would spend 25 dollars at least if I went to self car wash weekly. They also have stalls for vacuuming out your car and wiping it down. Young employees are friendly and eager to help you through the wash.

  10/02/22 Still no offer from this company to repair my car. They just keep taking money from customers and refusing accountability for the damage they do.

  UPDATED WARNING: Check out other recent reviews. They are refusing to repair damage this wash is doing to cars. The district manager says no way this wash can do this damage. Corporate won’t intervene. And they post generic replies like they care. How many victims does it take?

  ORIGINAL WARNING: Car wash ripped half my 2021 new car factory spoiler off. Attendant said it happened to another customer that morning and said he saw how it happened to me. Manager said it would be covered if I provided three repair estimates. District manager, the only one who wasn’t there, says attendant, manager and I are all lying about what happened and won’t pay to repair my car. He hung up on me when I asked him about the video at the car wash. Beware of this shady business! You will pay far more than the wash is worth.

  Have your owner contact me, just had a horrible customer service experience from the local supervisor at the memphis hacks cross location zipcode 38125. I’m reporting to the BBB! He won’t provide his name, only responding…he is corporate & these are his stores. We are starting a petition over the waiting of the long lines while he signs up new clients having the other lanes waiting because he blocks the 2nd line. Today there are 4 employees there & when the new employee tried to open the line he complained to her, not to open it, having us wait because opening the line makes his count go down. He told me I can go to another car wash. As a possible franchise owner, do you find this alarming? Please contact me. I see several reviews with the same waiting issue I notified you last year. Both lines need to remain open 1 member & 1 new member.

  I love the location. It’s so convenient however I looked at my car and realized the back of my vehicle don’t get washed. How do you program the machines to wash a car and the back isn’t touched? A lot of the vacuums work poorly also.. That is 😥 😔 😟

  The last couple of visits the washer has stopped while I was inside. The has happened at least 4 times total. I’m not sure why this keeps happening. Also, sometimes I notice I’m not getting a complete wash, like soap still on the car when I come out. I have a membership and I need one, but I’m considering to cancel go with another local car wash.
