  Not good. Used to be great. I don’t know what happened. Paid $40 to get car cleaned inside and out. Made sure to pick the option that said cup holders would be wiped down. Don’t expect the car to be detailed, but seems like the inside wasn’t even touched. Cup holders were filthy with crumbs and debris. Hoped the first time was a fluke, sadly after the second and third time with the same results, I’ll Be finding a new car wash.

  I travel all over the country and this is by far the best self service car wash I’ve used. Not only is the car the cleanest ever, but I didn’t have to use the scrub brush to clean it because the high pressure soap works so well. Oh and the price was great! The reasons keep piling up for moving to Lexington.

  each time they leave more “details”, or rather. they clean less and less. I prefer quality to speed, and here they are focusing on speed. The last time I went there were 20 cars in front of me and my car went super fast, but I wasn’t very satisfied with the details. the next times I will take photos. I like this place, it’s just that they are going down in quality.

  I had not been here for a while because I have found better service elsewhere. My return was not welcoming. I guess this company has been burned before… the man who met me in line was very brash and rude questioning me about liability for damage to my vehicle. I told him that I had been here before and he replied “really, because I work here 7 days a week and have never seen you,” which felt unnecessary. I was then greeted by a young woman who made things equally uncomfortable as she avoided eye contact and seemed to care about payment over displaying any customer service, the only thing she said during our interaction is, “I can take payment now.” I was ready to give this place another chance, but it seems this is a culture and I would prefer to go elsewhere. Do not recommend.

  I paid $15 for wash wax and tire shine, upgraded to ceramic coating for an extra $5 and this place didn’t even wash my car. There was absolutely no change on my hood, front or roof and the guy offered a rerun but said it wouldn’t fix the problem so I hand detailed all the grunge. I asked for a refund but he said it wasn’t possible. I would absolutely avoid this place. Btw the carpet wash machine is broken. An advertised service that also wasn’t delivered

  This use to be Time to Shine. I guess they have been bought out. As you enter this one they only have 1 of 3 lines open that caused a nice back up of cars just trying to get in. This one is usually pretty good with nice smiling faces. However, the guy who was waving customers forwaed today saw I was taking pictures and had a really mean look as he starred at me. I have their top tear car wash subscription. So, I should be getting everything they have to offer. However, I noticed multiple brushes and spinning cylinders not working as I went thru. I looked in my side view mirrors and saw the car behind me and they did nothing for them either. You one of the brushes stop as soon as it gets to the top of my car. I then look out the side window and as the window gets covered with foam, you can see that brush not spinning. The visit today was below expectations. Note: I was unable to load the video.

  This is our all time favorite car wash here in Lexington! They’re extremely affordable & super nice staff. We’re able to get in & vacuum & rags & glass cleaner are also provided post car wash! Jennifer Taiden is a saint. I definitely recommend 10/10!!!

  $20 down the drain. Never again. This car wash is trash. My truck looked like it hadn’t even been touched when rolling out of there. Hardly looked clean and the tires/wheels looked like they were barely touched. I was so angry I said to hell with vacuuming and drove off. Do not waste your time and money here. It’s a total rip off.

  Use to be great before they sold to new owners. Now the machine to wash mats is ALWAYS broken, they put water in the cleaning bottles instead of spotless spray, and the towels smell like they have gotten wet and mildewed. PLUS, they upped my monthly fee an additional 10 dollars and dropped the wash category that they give me. Really disappointed in the state of this car wash now. I get that it’s about money but the service they’re providing now is not what I was originally sold. I’m currently looking to give my 60$/month to another car wash. Photo taken after a run through their wash… my vehicle use to come out completely clean, now it’s still dirty after a wash!

  This was my first time using Zips Car Wash and I was very much pleased! I got the basic wash and it was very good however it did not clean my car completely! Mike came out and asked me if it cleaned it and when I explained no, he told me to come back through again and he gave me the best car wash they offered! I was very pleased with the wash and how nice Mike was and how he was very quick to help and make sure my car left Zips Car Wash clean and looking good! Would recommend this car wash to anyone!

  I love the Zips wash & vacuum! I buy the monthly service so I can enjoy it as often as I like. Mike is especially great to work with. Always a smile & will walk between cars to make sure everyone is satisfied. Today he also helped me with my Christmas shopping. Got a great deal on a coupon book for 5 washes.   I’ve been twice, and my experiences have kept me from buying any sort of unlimited wash membership. Both times the wash was so weak that it literally does not remove small bugs from the front of the car or the windshield, the wheels are left dirty, and everything else from getting the car dry to cleaning the inside is DIY. I paid for their best wash and was left with a car that looked like it hadn’t been washed and was then treated to a broken floor mat washer, no towels available to dry the car, and no chemicals of any kind available to aid in cleaning.

  The vacuums worked well. That’s all I can say that’s positive about this car wash. I’m not even sure they’re using actual cleaning chemicals to wash the car at this point, because the cars come out looking just about the same as they started.
