  We really only wash two a month but it like two for one.

  I remember the days of polishing our first cars, muscles cars, all day Saturday. Just pull up, Pass gets you right through, we are on our way to the mountains with a clean Cadillac.

  EDIT, ONE MONTH LATER – Tire shine still offline. Still charged me $40 for this month’s service.

  Staff is friendly, and the vacuums are nice. The air blasters are a nice touch too. As far as positives, that about covers it.

  Get ready for one lane to literally always be closed, which inevitably results in long waits. In the photo, one of the staff was helping someone for a full five minutes while everyone else had to wait; and the line extended to the road as a result.

  Additionally, they raised the price of their subscriptions without telling anyone and without adding any additional features. (They actually dropped the towel dryer at the end right about the same time, which now requires I get out and finish drying the windshield by hand 100% of the time. It’s fine though. It only worked about 1/3 if the time.)

  Beyond that, they’re out of tire shine, ceramic coating, and/or something else at least one out of every three times I go. The cool part is you get to keep paying full price for your subscription, even when they almost never have everything you’re paying for.

  Three stars for a still moderately convenient experience and decently helpful staff. One star dropped for long lines and undisclosed price hikes, and another dropped for lack of consistency.

  This is best car wash I have been too! Easy to use and they have cleaning products to use at your disposal after getting a car wash! Will be coming here more frequent with the membership! Jarred was extremely helpful and friendly!

  Every time I come and get my car washed Jarred always has a big smile on his face and is extremely friendly. I cut my finger while vacuuming and Jarred gave me a bandaid out of his wallet. He didn’t have to do that. I just want him to be noticed and appreciated for awesome customer service. I will most definitely be back. Best car wash I’ve been to in a long time.

  Awesome customer service. I’ve used zips for a while and went to add my girlfriend onto my family plan, Ajai was super helpful and got us added quickly. The wash was good, good prices, and the vacuum area worked well.

  I had a great experience and use this location weekly!! Friendly, helpful staff that can answer questions based on what you need in a wash. It was a quick And very clean experience! The vacuums were great and I overall really enjoy using this car wash!

  The actual wash was great. Did better than some of the other locations. Diaz helped me and was great.
  I wish there was a cleaning station with towels and glass cleaner. The vacuums also needed better suctioning.

  Paid $50, And I ended up washing my car myself. The Is wash and go, Is about as good as any of them. Is at the location I visited. No one cleaned my undercarriage Before going through the wash.

  Crystal is very friendly at Zips car wash. I am mostly happy with but I don’t like that they have stopped spraying the bugs off at the beginning of the wash. Sometimes I have to go through several times.
  But I realize without hand scrubbing you won’t get it perfectly clean. Its a good drive thru wash.
