  We have been here a couple times now and the staff always does a fantastic job. Tonight we realized suddenly that there was damage on our fifth wheel after leaving Blue Beacon. Nothing happened at their facility but they were kind enough to let us look at the camera footage of us pulling into the bay and helped my husband completely rule out that we hit anything there. They didn’t have to do that and it was so kind and showed such amazing customer service. We are grateful and will be back!

  Both disappointed and upset with this place of business. I’ve been patronizing this place for the last 2 years. My last visit ruined my vehicle. I visited today to cancel my membership. When I showed the wash bay attendant he looked at me and said, “damn I’m sorry.” He then went on to offer me another membership. No solutions to the damages. Not even a reimbursement for a single month of service that I’ve paid for. The washes have been subpar all along. However, any time I’ve asked to speak to management I’ve been given an excuse with no resolve. I’m upset that I’ve spent significant money here as well as the response to my issue. I’m a business owner and am fully aware of the value of customer satisfactory and quality customer service. You can see the significance of the damage to my vehicle.

  I think this can be great if the washers will actually clean the car good. I think the person that is directing you to bring the car into the washer should go back to scrubbing the front and back of our vehicles. It’s great that we can vacuum our cars after the washer. The people are friendly. I think you all should give out better car scents like in the past. I come at lease twice out the week. If this happens this would be great.

  This is a self service car wash for the most part. While there is minimal interaction with staff it has been pleasant for the majority of my usage. Except one time but no one is perfect. I pay for two cars w/ unlimited washes so for my dollar I am not complaining a bit. For the price and accessibility Shiny Shell is great.

  I love the place. The only problem is that I pay $30.00/Month for the full service which includes the bug wash and tire spray. They never do the bug wash. I asked one of the guys about the bug wash (that I pay for each month) and he first told me to pull over to the side by the vacuums and he would do it for me and that his manager said he wasn’t able to do it. I called the main number and reported it but no one has gotten back to me. Shiny Shell is supposed to give me a credit for this month but I just want what I pay for.

  I bring my truck there all the time! Does a great job and leaves in nice and shiny just like the name suggests. The vacuums work great. Best clean is to use the prewash area before you drive through where they provide soapy water to get the big grime off.

  Nice people. $30 bucks a month for unlimited washes so I’m giving it a try. They provide vacuums, towels, etc. to finish up the job. Been twice so far. Will update if it goes south but so far, so good.
