  I have taken multiple of my cars to this Eager Beaver location over the years to get quick washes and details done. I’ve been a resident of Fort Myers for over 15 years. I moved to Winter Park back in January after purchasing my brand new Corolla and saved up while I was attending school all semester to come home over a weekend in the summer to get my new baby detailed.

  I was incredibly excited by the results at first, but much to my dismay, approximately 2 weeks following the service, the black trim all over the exterior of my vehicle had turned dusty and white. To say I was confused and upset would be an absolute understatement after dropping $160+ between the service and tip.

  Because I live 3 and half hours away in Winter Park, I unfortunately was not able to get back to Fort Myers right away to address the issue, I went as soon as I could to speak with a supervisor within 3 weeks following the service.

  Upon my arrival at the location I spoke with a short, pink-haired little girl who was allegedly the “supervisor” and the man in charge of the detail team. They both looked at photos of my vehicle and walked out with me to my vehicle to see the damage.

  Both ADMITTED that the detail was done improper and the employee had made a mistake. They offered to pull my car back into the detail bay and fix it but I politely declined, explaining to them that they had lost my trust, and also raising the question of what I was to do if/when the same issue occurred again in 2 weeks time?

  Apparently even though they understood their employees had damaged my vehicle and lost my trust, they still could not even give me A PARTIAL refund for the $120 service I had paid in cash for on July 3rd, 2022.

  The alleged “supervisor” who I spoke with had to make phone calls out to higher ups because she herself had no authority to do anything for me on location. Just a very sad, disappointing interaction. I will never be back, nor will I ever recommend them again.

  Just horrible. First time here and it will be my last. I don’t have any idea what I even paid for. Truck looks the same as it did when I pulled u. Got talked into there wash program but I will be canceling it. Windows are streaky. Rims didn’t get touched. I ended up going to a different car wash after leaving. I don’t recommend this place.

  I can’t say what they performed because my car looks half washed. It’s dirty, unwiped, barely washed, and I paid $42 plus a $10 tip. As a lady I think you took advantage of me, because my husband’s car which is less nice and much larger always looks amazing. He also was mouth open shocked, when i told him the price cause it’s like $17 for him. Also, thanks for balling up straw wrappers that were on the floor and putting them where my drink goes because clearly that’s not in the service either. What is happening there today???!??

  I (thankfully???) paid for the $20 exterior wash so I can return every day for 5 days to see if they’ll actually clean the exterior.
  I have a broken collarbone so I’m unable to do the bug pretreat many local car washes have. I’ve seen Eager Beaver as I’ve driven by and decided my injury gave me the perfect reason to try it out.
  The front of my vehicle had dead bugs as well as my windshield having the remnants of a paint marking from a music festival the previous weekend.
  When I exited the car wash, I noticed the paint marking was still on my windshield but hopeful the hand drying would take care of it. It did not.
  For safety reasons, exterior only car wash drivers must remain in their vehicle so I was unable to see all the dead bugs still on the front of my vehicle until I returned home.
  The pretreat at the entrance to the wash was done with the minimum care and concern. At the hand drying area, not a single employee noticed all the dead bugs still on my car.
  It’s as though nobody there cares about the reputation of the car wash nor do they have pride in their work.
  I am admittedly very particular about the cleanliness of my vehicle and this was Eager Beaver’s audition before I pay and allow them access to the interior of my vehicle.
  They failed their audition and I will never recommend them to anybody.

  First time here. Paid for the top tier wash for inside and out. Back windows were forgotten about, back seats weren’t wiped down. I expected a little more for the money. Especially, after leaving a large tip in the box. They did re-vacuum for me and I didn’t notice the other things until I got in my car. They were so busy I just didn’t want to wait for it to be fixed. Will not be coming back. Rather give my money to someone who pays attention to detail.

  Great wash, was previously a member at the wash that has locations everywhere, but when they sold to another company they suddenly “could not fit” my truck in their wash(Ford Raptor), yet somehow other vehicles that are just as wide seem to have no problem (H2 Hummer, full size GM, Dodge, and Ford trucks). Doesn’t matter because honestly I feel the equipment is better here. Just hoping they open another location soon in Cape Coral so I don’t have to drive so far on my days off.

  On 11/29, I went to get my car washed. I appreciate that the staff making sure the bug removal self service is up-kept. I would suggest getting new brooms due to it unscrewing when scrubbing. After exiting the wash, I was greeted by James how demonstrated how great service looks like. Thank you James!

  My favorite car wash in the fort myers area. Like the free vaccumes, and the wash always get my clean, unlike some of the other competitors. I drive about 35-40 minutes to come here to have my car washed. Oh, did I mention that their pricing is very reasonable and competitive for the area.

  I had water damage to my trunk and the manager on-site didnt deal the situation in a right way for the amount of damage that wash would cost me, the water and detergent damaged trunk bed, spare tire, and all the parts to change the tire. Probably looking at damages around 1.5 grand :(. Will never go again here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to

  This car wash is great, free vacuum, free floor mat cleaning. The best part is the subscription service, you pay 1 flat fee, that is billed monthly comes straight out of your account, and you can run thru the car wash 2 times a day if you wanted to. I have to drive by dailey, so it was a no brainer for me, my vehicle is always clean inside and out now. The kids love helping me vacuum , this is the only time I can get them to clean anything soooooo that’s good.

  I know this is a very late review, but I just want to say y’all have a great team especially the young man named Isac! He is a very thoughtful, respectful, and caring person. My husband and children go to the car wash every morning before school and he is always there with a smile and give the kids a thumbs up. My kids are always so excited to see him and say hi. My son always makes sure he sees him and waves. He is such a thoughtful young man, one day he asked my husband if he could get the kids a candy bar. My husband said yes. So a few days later, Isac surprised them with their favorite candy bar, completely wonderful young man. Thank you very much for being so kind Isac!

  Grey brushes at the end in the drying section do nothing but apply dirt back to my paint and glass. Too much soap left and not enough spot free rinse also. I’m shopping around for something else.

  Oh my God how could I forget to put a review I cannot explain this this stuff really doesn’t usually happened and of course I thought it was a joke. I pulled into this car wash and when I get to the window finally after waiting almost an hour because it was so backed up there was a gentleman and he says to me Hi how are you doing. I said I’m doing great how are you doing he said I’m doing great and I have something for you if you are able to answer this joke I will give you a free car wash. Of course I’m gonna jump on that but believe me the answer was so obvious that I was just not getting it and I guess I tried so hard he gave it to me anyway. Very very sweet guy and he definitely should get a promotion he definitely should be number one customer service because that does not happen.
