  Very easy very courteous paid for was $10 basic because I am driving into rain tonight but wanted a wash for now! FREE VACUUMS after wash! I pre before but was ok with this!   I love the convenience of this car wash! It is quick and easy. They offer a monthly membership. When you pull up to the self serve kiosk there is typically an employee there so you even have to think. Their vacuums always work and they have carts with towels and window cleaner. They also have air blowers which is great for blowing the dog hair out of my car. I’ve had the monthly membership for a few months and will zoom in for a quick wash and clean then head out quickly with a nice clean car.

  I took my super muddy truck through the wash. The first time it didn’t get all the mud off so they let me take it back through. This time the employee took extra time to pressure wash the mud and it came out great. Awesome customer service!

  This was my 1st time trying to use this car wash and the machine would not take my money so I hit the call button and waited no one came out, I tried that a few more times and finally tried to call and no one would answer so I got out of my car and walked up to the building where I saw an employee texting on his phone. I told him the situation I had and that I would just like to leave that I’m not gonna give them my money when they’re standing there texting on their phone and not assisting people. The gentleman never said sorry and tried to help me with the machine at that point once again I told him no just please let me out. Not supporting this business

  The car wash was great. I love the fact you get free air fresheners. Also,the customer service is one of the best. The only downside…… they want you to become a member so you can wash your car anytime yet that’s only for one car. If you have 3 cars then you pay a monthly fee for each car. So becoming a member is a not feasible. Now if I can pay a monthly fee and wash any car I have that would be great. I wash my mom’s car too. So it scored a 10 on everything else but becoming a member zero.!!!

  The best automatic car wash in the area. We tried different ones in the area and prefer this above all for the quality of the wash, tire shine feature, and all the vacuums and finishing stations work well and are rarely if ever out of order. Not to mention, they have very friendly and helpful staff! We appreciate the level of service, if you’re going to pay to go somewhere to wash your cars aside from home!

  DO NOT GO HERE!!
  I went here for the first time wanted to see what all the hype was about. After getting my car washed my shark Finn where my antenna is was gone!!! It wasn’t cracked nothing tell I went to this location!!! Now what am I suppose to do!?! But yet can’t make them replace it because they ain’t got no active number shake my head!!

  The best car wash I’ve been to hands down. I’ve had a membership for two years and have had quality service. However, tonight I came in right before closing time due to my work schedule and other obligations. 3 customers were cleaning the insides of their car when the vacuums shut off while they were still doing close out procedures with no warning. I acknowledge the closing time was 7 PM but a half way clean car is not appealing for customer service. Closing the entrance lanes and allowing remaining customers a curtesy while employees finish their checklist is a valuable solution.

  Awesome place to get your car wash! I highly recommend that you get a membership, you can literally wash your car everyday!

  After your wash, you can vacuum your car out, they provide the window cleaner, free towels, and a place to rinse your floor mats! Awesome place!

  I loved that this place offers two different types of interior vacuums and the suction on them were amazing, but, for the one we used, the tip had disconnected from the hose. I also loved that towels for drying were provided but there were not any clean ones in the bins near us and, when clean ones were brought, they were wet. One of my favorite things about this place is that glass and interior cleaning solutions were provided. They also offered a pressure washer- PERFECT for cleaning off my WeatherTech mats!

  Be carefully I canceled the monthly car washing at this place and wasn’t charged for months. THEN THE CHANGE NAMES owners.
  Out of nowhere my card was being charged again. Went to the car wash to see why and it shows it was canceled. They could not answer why still being. Looked back on my statement and they been billing for months . Just got billed again this month. Something weird about that for if I wanted to get a wash it would not show a account .
  Beware of of them having your card on file. Had to cancel my credit card.

  It’s a car wash. Things supplies for interior detailing of your car after you get your wash such as vacuums, microfiber rags, spray bottles of window cleaner or interior cleaner. There’s an area to power wash your car mat too. There are a few levels for subscription and they’re worth the money if you go at least 3-4 times a month.

  Changed the name from 5 star to the wave…….and changed the price of my monthly rate without notifying me. That is not good business so I had to cancel and “wave” 👋🏾 goodbye. This place cleans your car very well and I will miss it but you gotta treat the loyal customers right.
