  Unfortunately my recent experience was not great. I’ve been to Waterworks several times before however the most recent and final trip there was rough. A heavy load amount of dirt and road grime remained on all side panels, the front bumper looked the same from before, and all windows had several streaks. Other washes I’ve used in the past would send the vehicle back through again without any hesitation if one pass wasn’t sufficient. Waterworks has been a convenient location for years but I’ll certainly travel further to make sure the job gets done right.

  Little on the expensive side and the interior finish is a bit questionable. Very greasy.
  I went for the first time Saturday 11/5 after wanting to get the interior of my car detailed for quite some time. I frequently vacuum but I knew it was a bigger job than I could do and I was near Waterworks and had the time. I opted to get the $95 wash and detail and overall they did a great job. My passenger window is so clean I look over and wonder if it’s rolled up. My only real issue is the interior of my car. It’s spotless…other than whatever the final product they used. It left everything a bit greasy and slick. I slide in and out of my car really easily, my steering wheel was also slick, which is dangerous, and whatever the product is just coated my console and attracts all the dust. Within 2 days my console looked the same as when I brought it in. It almost seems like a product they forgot to wipe off, because when I touch it it streaks as you can kind of see in the second photo. I took the photos at night, I’ll try to update this with photos in the daylight but you can see how dusty it all looks and the shiny is the greasy product. Overall, it’s a minor issue as the rest was great, but for $95 there shouldn’t be any issues.

  I went here a few times and unfortunately it’s like any other car wash. Pay 30-40 bucks to get a 5 dollar wash. I paid for the wheel deal and this what my wheels looked liked right afterwards still very dirty. I also asked for interior and said they would clean the inside and yet here are my center consoles. Not even touched. What’s worse is that there were only a few cars there. Very disappointed that instead of producing quality work they push cars through as fast they possibly can.

  Two weeks ago, I took my filthy 15 year old Honda Civic with 200k in for a good wash. I couldn’t believe how great it looked when I thought they were finished. They were going to continue doing more. I told them it was great and needed to get back to work. The manager, Marty Krekow, had the cashier take off part of cost which I wasn’t expecting. The car almost looks like it did when it was new. Obviously, I gave them a good tip.

  I brought car back today. Another awesome job. Car looks like it did years ago. They have a new loyal customer!

  Normally love this car wash. I’ve always been really happy with the ~$45 interior detail/exterior wash. Decided to splurge tonight and pay for the $100 detailing but when I got home after picking up my car after 45 minutes I was super disappointed. It didn’t even look like they cleaned the trunk or middle seating area. Staff is always helpful and friendly, service is always prompt. I would definitely go back for an exterior wash but I’m not sure the interior detailing is worth it. I used my home personal vacuum and was able to remove the hair promptly. I’ve attached pictures of the trunk after I picked it up.

  I used to love this place. I won’t be going back, Took my car in & They couldn’t even clean the windows all it needed was some windex. Cup holders and other areas were also left untouched. Had to clean it myself after their wipe down. . Not to happy for amount of money paid plus gave a tip smh.

  Went in for interior/exterior wash today. Got a 5/10 service in my opinion. Rims looked like no washing had even happened. Most of the interior didn’t get vacuumed well, there’s debris left everywhere still. Dashboards weren’t exactly clean, appears it was just given a quick dry wipe it. It seems like they focused all their energy on my cup holders. Those looked great.

  I met Emilie, the owner of Gleam Car Wash at Himchuli – Highlands Indian and Nepali Cuisine located at 32nd Ave, Denver. I am a manager of this restaurant, and Emilie is one of the regular patrons of Himchuli who love Indian foods. Emilie introduced me to her Gleam Car Wash and offered me the best deal for my car’s exterior and interior detailing. I have been looking for the best offers to do the detailing of my car for a long time. Emilie helped to make an appointment for detailing on August 3, 2022, at 9: 15 AM. I arrived at 9 AM at Gleam Car Wash. The staffs were super friendly, welcoming, and informative. I met the Manager Mr. Austin, who was very amiable and gave me the complete details about all the detailing information for my car.

  My car’s model was a 2004 Toyota Highlander. The exterior and interior of my car were so stained in the front and back of the seats. The front’s both headlights were entirely misty. I left my car at 9 AM for the service. I received a call at 3: 15 PM that my car got ready. I was super excited to see the difference in my car. I could not believe if that’s my car. It looks like a new car, so clean and tidy. All stains over the seats and whole misty in headlights were all gone. It’s just like a brand new car. I am glad to share my car’s pictures I took after the service at Gleam Car Wash.

  Gleam is one of the most honest and professional car washes I’ve ever come across. I had a big coffee spill in my car, onto the leather seat and the carpet below. Instead of charging me for a full interior detail, they offered to help me out and take care of the issue with my exterior/interior clean purchase. Other places quoted me $200-$300 minimum, and they could’ve done the same, but they chose to take care of me and now I’ll be a returning customer for sure!

  Fantastic, touch, free wash without all the harsh acid detergents. The Fox Hill location has suffered from one of the three washes not working for a while, and on today’s visit two of the three are not working. This makes for a long waits, and occasionally skipping a wash when I need one. history has shown these washes do not stay broken for a long time. I’m sure supply chain issues don’t help when waiting for parts but a great wash and a great price and a company I recommend.

  The monthly membership is very convenient; one car wash per day, the time given on the self-wash is generous, unlimited vacuum time, tire shine included as well. Facility is well-maintained, this place keeps my truck looking great!

  One of the few (if not only) brushless car washes in Denver, hence why I return. When it works, the actual service is good. But I’ve gone countless times when one lane is completely busted—sometimes only learning that after I’ve paid. There are virtually never any attendants here, so if something goes wrong you’re simply screwed. The company is tough to get a hold of over the phone too. Dog washes seem rarely cleaned compared to other locations.

  The employee who had braids and wearing glasses was super friendly and greeted guests with a nice smile! My car went in one end very dirty came out the other end very clean! Good expensive carwash for sure! Paid $14 (mid range price) I expected to pay $12 max for “best wash”
