  I have been extremely pleased with this car wash for the past year until today. While having my truck washed, the blowers ripped off part of my grill and Time to Shine is not accepting responsibility. I’m being told they only accept responsibility if the brushes cause damage, not the blowers. Anywho, proceed with caution as they will not accept responsibility for vehicles damaged by their blowers.

  Cam has been absolutely amazing through this whole process. He was informing Everyone of what was going on and why therly we’re not able to wash their vehicles. He was extremely kind, courteous and actually cares that this was an inconvenience to everyone. I left and got my car washed at Tommy’s and ended up returning as the service as well as equipment is much better at Time to Shine. Thank you so much Cam for making this inconvenience a great experience! SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!

  My car is squeaky clean! The people working there were really nice and friendly. They have towels and a mat cleaner. We’re definitely coming back.

  Great car wash place! I love that they provide towels and window cleaner for you to use. The people are friendly. The only negative is that they force you to talk to someone when paying for your wash. It’s an automated machine and they won’t allow you to put your own card or cash in. This is slightly annoying especially when I can reach the machine myself. Would prefer to not have to hand my card over if it’s not needed. If you have social anxiety – don’t come here.

  After paying for the highest price option, was very disappointed that I had to ask for the tire shine to be applied, when obviously they know it was not working. Very few towels available. For the cost you should have a mat cleaner, and air freshener available. I also had to wash/wipe my wheels. It”s as if they were completely missed by the machine, they were completely dry. Not at all the service I expected and accustomed from other similar car washes.

  I have so many good things to say about this place. The staff for one is always welcoming and friendly. I have the membership so I literally come everyday. The service is fast and efficient, I have only gotten the full detail a handful of times but each time my car has come out looking amazing. These folks take pride in what they do and it shows!   I came to this Car wash to vaccum my car and i was hesitant about coming here because my experience here hasnt been that great but i did anyway. I told Mr. Justin I had a issue with my membership and he IMMEDIATELY went and investigated the issue. He was very professional, polite and friendly and got the issue RESOLVED!!! Let’s just say I’m happy I came. Happy and satisfied customer

  Jeston I have known him since I joined the membership in 2021. He has been very helpful and respectful and I wish you had more managers like him. I always try to find him when I use the car wash.

  Excellent car wash here. I went on a Thursday afternoon and it was not very busy. Three levels of wash and I got the middle option. Car looks great. Attendant was prompt. Plenty of vacuums, but the first couple I tried were weak. The third was very good and picked up everything. Highly recommend.

  You would think for $22.00, you would at least get the exterior windows clean! Can out just asdirty as it went in! Also, paid for tire shine, did not receive that either! Will not go back! They had FOUR guys working the service, and still get such poor service!
