  As someone who doesn’t really care about the cleanliness of their car, when I pulled into ModWash, I was kinda like “oh well, i guess we’ll see what happens”. This mentality changed as soon as I made it to the attendant station. I was greeted by an upbeat, energetic, and enthusiastic gentleman named Ryan. Ryan explained to me the different wash options and what each one entailed. I was already astonished by his knowledge and attitude from the get go. I took my car through the wash and parked at a vacuum so I could clean the inside. As Ryan was taking old towels back into the office, he informed me to let him know if I needed anything. I didn’t think I would, but I ended up needing him about a question I had. He went way above and way beyond to get me my answer and ensure my satisfaction. His attitude was exceptional and he was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I will definitely be back!! Ryan, you my friend, are awesome!!

  First asked the gentlemen at the kiosk if this was a “touchless car wash” he said yes. Paid $24 for the works. Pulled up to entrance and it is not a touchless wash. So asked the operator of the wash for my money back and she me she can shut off the washing pads and they did not. So the pads pounded in the truck body. Truck came out just as dirty when it went in. So basically paid $24 for air freshener

  Stone was awesome, he helped take off my front plate holder and showed meh car looked better without it. He also suggested great ideas of extra additions I could use to upgrade my car such as wheel spacers. He was great! Ask for him when you get here!

  I went here for the first time today. I paid for the top wash they have. I knew better than to do a drive through a car wash. I expected it to not be the best quality wash but I didn’t expect it to scratch my car 😡. I highly do not recommend this car wash.

  Car wash ! Spencer and Tim were amazing ! They were team helpers and they went over and above to help our car make it through the wash safely. I come here often and so happy to have a great professional place to come to every time my car needs attention ! Our car had antenna issues and they were so helpful! Grateful

  Had a beyond great experience! I was greeted with nothing but smiles and positiveness throughout my time there. Although my tires didn’t get shined when I went through the wash, Noah helped and shined them for me after! Would definitely recommend this wash to my friends and fam!

  LJ was great, inquired before and after the wash. I saw him checking people in and then following up after to see how their experience was. Only reason I gave 4 stars, is because the vacuums don’t have enough suction and the wash didn’t clean my tailgate. Other than that, it was good!

  I had an incident at their car wash in which their machine Did not retract properly admittedly by the manager… ripping my front bumper off my Honda Odyssey…. Jeff the manager there just brushes everything off on corporate to handle. I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours…. It’s been over a month and still no resolve. Not even a phone call. Don’t use their services they do not respect you or your property.

  Phenomenal service here, and very friendly staff. The free vacuums are amazing! They are well maintained and are much more effective than any other place I’ve been to. 10/10 recommended. I will continue to use this facility!!!

  Amazing Staff!!! I just moved to Chattanooga from South Carolina and needed to switch over car wash memberships. Jeff was so helpful in getting my old membership canceled and starting me a new one. When I first pulled up someone came out to help not only me but the other cars pulling up. Everything was fast, simple and easy. Truly great service.
