  Worst experience I’ve ever had at any car wash. The guy took my $25 knowing that the water jet in the rear wasn’t working. And neither was 1 of the spinning rag thing that’s supposed to wash the top of the car.

  After exiting the machine, I saw that my car was the same as it was when I came in. I located the young Man, showed it to him and he said he knows that the jet was broken and he can’t give me a refund. Which makes absolutely no sense. Why take my money for a service that you know I won’t receive? And the vacuums don’t work properly either. I have yet to find the corporate number. I want my money back.

  They offer free vacuums and detailing air sprayers. Great customer service. Automatic and manual wash available if you prefer to wash yourself.

  I give up. I supported this brand through the pandemic. Everything I loved about this car wash doesn’t exist anymore. The mat cleaning machine hasn’t worked in years. I never see rags or bottles of cleaner anymore. You never know which location is gonna be broken or close early. The last straw for me today was knowing I spend $35 a month for my car to still look dirty after I go through. Only one worker (bless him), but couldn’t spray pressure wash which is supposed to be included in my subscription. I tried really hard to stick with this business, but I’m just wasting money here. Bummer

  3 yrs ago: I love this car wash! I get the max subscription with a monthly fee auto drafted. With the scan code on windshield can drive up everyday if i wanted and most days very short wait or none at all. They have an automatic floor mat washer/vacuum and free strong vacuums with air blowers to free up dirt from hard to reach areas. Access to a drying rag and general cleaner. Busy days they request you stay no longer than 10 min at vacuum. Every day the attendants give a friendly smile. My favoritie car wash!

  Much better than it has been in the past but still has some work to do . Not all vacuums work . I paid for the most expensive wash the back of my car is still very dirty . I also only got tire shine on the right side only . Attendant came to kiosk but other than that not very attentive.

  This is the 2nd time I have used In & Out Wash. The first time I was disappointed with the services I received, but decided to give them one more try. Both times I have taken my car in to have the inside and outside cleaned, it was done very poorly. It looked as if no one cleaned the inside. I am better off doing it myself or take it further down the road to have someone else do it. The pictures don’t really so it justice due to lighting. You have to zoom in to fully see how nasty my car was left, after it had been “cleaned”.

  Perry, and his staff always do the best job. My little red car is so shiny. I love all the attention that car brings after a In and Out car wash. I recommend them highly.

  Waxed on top of dirt, only waxed half the car, told that the hand wax option includes wiping down and vacuuming the interior, but there was dirt and dust everywhere. My car does not look clean (I drive a mid size sedan, so it’s really not a hard job) and the clean was obviously half done. This was a waste of money, and I was guided into my car with the door shut behind me, attendant already working on another car before I even got a chance to tell them everything that was wrong with their service. Attendants were very respectful, but they clearly wanted me “in and out”.

  The staff is super friendly, for the most part, so I hate to leave a bad review but come on folks. I should have inspected the job before tipping. Next time I’ll just spend the time cleaning my own car and save the money. It’s unfortunate they’ve gone downhill. Sorry!

  Great place to wash your car, I got the unlimited plan. Good start-up deals. Has strong free vacuums after your wash. It also has a floor mat cleaning machine. Washes are fast but they tend to do a great job. Open 7 days a week. I would recommend this company over any other car wash company. Kids also love the washes because of all the lights. I haven’t used the mat cleaner yet but I’ve seen it used and looks to do a great job. I come here almost every other day with the unlimited washes they offer with the monthly plan. It’s also staffed very well. And everyone seems to be in a good helping mood.

  I enjoy going to Time to Shine for my car wash. I can get my car cleaned using their vacuums and cleaning supplies. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because the service is great and the staff are friendly.

  Very nice car wash! If you have kids, they’ll love the colors inside while the car’s getting soaped. Then once you come out, you have the option of driving off as is or pulling into one of their self-cleaning stations to dry off and clean the inside of your car. There are free hand towels on the side you can go grab to dry your car and wipe the inside, with a basket to discard the towels into once done. They have powerful vacuums on each side of the towel basket to clean the inside. You don’t have to worry about pulling and using just one – there’s a vacuum on each side where you park. Very innovative!
