  I took my truck and paid for the service that included wash, inside clean and vacuum & it was only washed but not cleaned inside or vacuumed. if you want a poor and mediocre service this is the place!!

  $170 for car wash, carpet shampoo, & seats cleaned. After 5 hours, bugs still on front of truck, seats & carpets soaked, everything slick with ArmorAll, money missing, truck wouldn’t start as they ran the battery down. Then discovered they let water get into alternator which I had to replace. All together it cost me over $800 & gota sorry excuse for a detail job. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

  I havenever seen such a terrible job done on a vehicle. I recommended your business because in the past you had done a wonderful job. My son got his grandmother a gift card for wash and shampoo and today she took her truck to get done. And added another $80 to shampoo the seats. Not only is the truck still dirty, but there was globs of Amarol all over the insides, the seats are still soaked, bed of truck never touched AND HER BATTERY WAS DEAD. So you took an old lady for $170 and 5 hours later she leaves in tears! I won’t be back and will never recommend anyone to her business again. You have lost a 15 year customer.

  Nothing special but a ok 6-…$ car wash , Ik the sigh says free vacuum but it’s not free cuz it must come with a purchase of 6$ or more so lol; don’t come without paying for something, oh and there large amount of rags here that you can wipe down your vehicle however you like so that a big win there.

  In the past 2 weeks, the car wash has either malfunctioned on my visit or been closed. My husband and I both have memberships for our vehicles. Since this car wash has been under new owners/management, it has been GARBAGE – and that’s putting it nicely. I tried going again today and I waited for over 30 minutes. I pre-scrubbed at the station before entering. No one scrubbed the front or back of my car like they usually do. There were still soap suds all over my car (which I’m used to, but it was WAY worse today). I took a picture once I parked at the vacuum station and it looks like I didn’t even get it washed. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your time, gas, or money.

  Higher prices, diminished quality. Have been using this wash since they opened. Since Take 5 bought them out, the quality has gone to &$!@. $20 for some colored water with a light show. After the “wash” it took me 30 minutes to wipe down everything that was missed. Literally I had to wipe, not scrub, almost half of my truck to get the grime off. I compare the quality to the “brushless” version at your typical gas station where you pay $5-7 for some high pressure water. Not to mention, the bug wash station is gone, and the towels are not conveniently located in each bay like before. Lastly, the tire shine has never been perfect (at any of the automatic car washes) but one tire, ONE, has a small spot of tire shine. I won’t be going back – too many other options that seem to be at least 80% focused on the job – to CLEAN YOUR VEHICLE.

  Being using car wash service for several months but the last two times my tailgate on my SUV still had dirt on it and the window was not clean. I went to look for car towel that is furnished for your drying of your vehicle, but none were available. I had to go ask the attendant to get me some and was promptly given two. I told him about the dirt still on tailgate and window, but he acted like he didn’t care. I do have the monthly pass but if this service still comes on my next visit, I will cancel.

  We just got the basic wash we mainly wanted to use the vacuums. But the blower at the end of the wash only did the front of our suv. Our whole back glass was untouched. But I definitely like the lower scrubbers they actually cleaned my running boards.

  I paid for the home run wash which was $40. A guy name Lee service my vehicle and didn’t clean the interior correctly. I drove off with my car looking like this (photos attached) because I had another appointment to go too. I immediately call Travis the manager and he told me to come back so Lee can clean it correctly. Lee refused to clean my car correctly (walked off angry) so another guy by the name of Christopher cleaned my vehicle and left it spotless. No complaints!!! Thank God for people like him who knows how to do the job correctly. Lee kept mean mugging me and circling behind me which made me feel very uncomfortable. Lee if you are unhappy with your job, you shouldn’t be working there. I wouldn’t recommend Lee to work on anybody vehicle. It would be a waste of time. His attitude ain’t nothing nice. I hope he treat other customers right. All I can do is hope😔

  Poorest service I’ve had in the United states. I paid 140 for a detailing and a 5 dollar drive tru wash would have been better. They ripped my seats, didn’t touch the trunk area at all until I returned to pick up my car after 3 hours. I literally had to begin cleaning my car myself right there. Cup holders were still as dirty. When I complained to the manager, he said I ought to have paid 190 instead for a deeper clean and about my seats, it was just wear and tear from shampooing and I can bring it back for further wash. No way I’m taking my car back there!!!

  I asked for a complete detail with interior included shampoo. I was first quoted $280. I said no. I said to not wax the vehicle and was quoted $250. I then said to just do wash and clean interior. I was then Quoted $199 for the complete detail including shampoo. The reason I said no to the first 2 quotes is because that is more than the quote on the website. The $199 is shown on the website. When they got right on the price I said ok. The crew did an excellent job on my truck. The only gripes I have is how they tried to overcharge me at first. Also they forgot to put my belongings back in my truck when they were through. Honest mistake and I did get my stuff back.

  Paid 25 for my car wash, get home the next day look in the back no back rug called and asked to speak with the manager, the front receptionist stated manager was busy he would give me a call, it’s now Tuesday, and still no callback. Terrible customer service.
