  Nice car wash, but I am an everwash member and HATE driving across town only to find they decided to close with no notice on Google or social media. Sometimes it’s not even seemingly weather related! So frustrating.

  This car wash is Alpena’s finest. I love the monthly deal. However, I think that the vacuums should be included in the monthly fee.

  Sadly with cell phones being more important than work ethic this is the “clean” you get. From pulling in telling the gentelman what wash I wanted along with air freshener. He had his phone in his hand the entire time then the other gentelman spraying and vacuming had one hand free because his other hand was scrolling on his phone. While waiting for my vehicle the young man came in and said the Chrysler is finished. I said can I pay for it? As he’s got his cell phone in his hand like it was a bother to pay for it. I go to get in my van both seats are as far forward as you can get them the inside of the van looked like they didn’t even wipe anything down. But hey that’s what you pay for right? My first job was Ripley Car Wash I’m so glad we didn’t have cell phones and we actually cared about what people thought of our performance.

  Workers there were fast friendly and courteous. I stopped in to have the truck washed because I had a free bonus car wash offer and took advantage of it. Truck came out shiny looking like it was brand new.

  THE most knowledgeable, fastest, cleanest, and friendliest oil change place I have ever been to. I would like to know the manager’s name because he runs a tight ship.

  I have been there several times, for oil changes, air in my tires, for the car wash which is attached, and they even repaired the cover that goes on top of my air filter, which some fool in Grand Rapids chose to not inform me that they had “fixed” with zip ties instead of fixing it correctly. Since moving up here from Grand Rapids, MI in 2020. I’ve had the same great service each time. They have me for life. Having moved from a big city to a small town, I was pleasantly surprised.

  I have an ap on my phone that I pay for monthly and it is worth every penny.
  Why spend money to wash your vehicle everyday when you pay for an ap that cost about $30 a month and can wash your vehicle every day.

  Well maintained car wash with nice bays and good automatic wash bays. Only thing I didn’t realy care for is if you use a card in the bay you must stop it to stop being charged for time. Not sure if this tops out at a dollar amount but is made me not use it. There is a sign that tells you this in the bay so it’s NOT a shifty ploy by any means but knowing my memory it made me not use it. I did go to an atm and come back because as i sid it is a nice establishment.

  The card reader(automatic wash) does not work Still!! So make sure you have Cash, other than that the self serve is usually pretty clean. Sprayer and brushes are nice and taken care of.

  You can use your credit/debit card. Way cheaper if you do than using quarters. Cost me $3 to wash my full size SUV

  I swiped my debit card because the machine wouldnt take my quarters. When I was done it charged me 23.00 dollars for a wash. For a wash that would of cost 8.00 had I been able to use the quarter slot. Watch it.
