That could be because this is Ohio. Everything was great, first time seeing a mat cleaner which was well needed. Customer service was great. Ariana Johnson was such a joy to meet today at your Belmont location. I joined and had a membership since y’all opened and love the service that I did receive however, due to increasing medical bills from chemo and surgeries, I unfortunately had to let my membership go. Wow, I’m so impressed by the great employees y’all have running your business. I’d like to leave a review for Jayden & the excellent customer service I received today. I just got new vehicle and had paper temp tags on the back. He removed them for me so they wouldn’t get ruined and not only that, while I was going through the wash he made it a point to laminate the temp tag for me!!!
