Brought my brand new car to one of their locations for a car wash. The car and all the rims were in mint condition, and the machine destroyed 2 of my rims both on the drivers side. When the machine was pulling my car through it obviously dragged the rims on the metal rails that are there to keep the car in place. The manager took my complaint like a joke completely unwilling to Work with me and then he said “yea we have people say we damaged their rims but it’s not our machine “. He obviously didn’t realize how ridiculous that sounds. He was completely unwilling to do anything or take accountability.By srtkid 93 (2 months ago)Signed up for unlimited car washes. Went to tell staff and he said he can’t do anything. He proceeded to call his manager who supposedly is nowhere near. Was told they will look into the matter tomorrow. Awesome car wash! Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
This is the 3rd time I’ve used them. I have been wanting, and actually looking forward to clean my own car each time.
Using the full service has been becoming a costly endeavor. I don’t mind paying for full service, and am a very generous tipper! But when I have to go home and redo what I paid someone to do, it’s just not worth it.

One of the guys gave me a card to his cousins shop. I went somewhere else and they told me there was no leak that they didn’t screw the cap on tightly. I will never go back not even for a car wash.Update: No I’m not deleting the comment it’s the correct place. There’s literally a picture in your review that has oil change and detail center. And there’s other comments about getting oil changes but you claim you don’t 🙄

They recently changed to the purple elephant and I love how they leave their products for the customer to use after washing their vehicles. I’ve never had an issue with my car after going through their wash. My only concern is they could upgrade their vacuums. Other than that I think they are wonderful I recently moved but still go to their car wash. The day I am taking my car back to the dealer I go in for a quick wash. Tell me why the during the wash it beat up my car?!!!!! I came out and the back of my side mirror was off! I drove back, spoke to someone he brought it out and put it back on. I thought ok that was nice of him, thanks. I drove home got out the car and it was broke!!!! I am so angry, it is a newer car nothing wrong with it, I don’t know how this could happen. Will not be returning here ever again. I have gotten car washes before and nothing like this has ever happened. And to top it off I came out and the car was still wet! All those dry spots on the car is after the car wash. This is one of the worst car wash in area. The just use the foam no soap or wax. Brushes don’t even touch your car if they do they will scratch it full of sand, and it’s not even drying at all, the guy at end just do little touches with rag, if you find him. Also it’s one of the most expensive car wash. Customer service is horrible.
OMG this car wash was such a great customer experience staff was incredibly polite they made me feel as if the whole car wash revolved around me Jose was so kind and explained everything very simply and made my experience at the wash super easy I also spoke with a man that goes by eric just thru our conversation you can tell he is very passionate about his job he was great as it shows thru his employees great crew I would 100 % recommend platinum car wash to all my friends 5 stars for sure
