This is my last time coming here. I asked for a complete interior dressing and wipe down and this is what I got. Mind you this was AFTER I complained about it not looking good — the guy did another wipe. I usually only go when Dennis is there. I went through the car wash today around 12:30 -1. I purchased the car wash code with the gas. After entering my code, I went through the car wash. The wash was not turned on properly and I had suds remaining on my car, that dried! The car wash was TURNED OFF while going through!! Meaning, I had to circle around and get out the car to get the attention of the attendants to allow me back through the gate. Most of the vaccums are broken or have poor suction. Whenever I purchase gas at the pump and purchase a car wash, the receipt never prints and has to be obtained from the clerk. They are always out of air fresheners. I was just considering membership here, but after today I will take my money elsewhere. I would say to avoid this wash and go to one of the other two car washes less than a mile away on the same road! The majority of the time the service is great, but sometimes with new employees or one particular long term employee, they cut short what they’re supposed to do before the wash starts– i.e. prewash, spray and suds the front sides, back, and tires of your car and protect the rear wiper. I noticed after the fact that the antenna on my car was bend over from this wash, it’s a fixed one on the back of the car, so good to prep for that. My car looks great because of this wash, and it’s rarely a line to be had. I pay $30/monthly for the highest wash and ceramic rub at the end and I am very happy with that level/option. I suggest it to many friends. You can cancel membership at any time. Be nice to these guys– most of them do great! I encourage tipping or grabbing them a treat or soda from the gas station! 😁By L. D. Needed a professional detailing job after my sweet Molly had a few problems in the car. I was long over due for a deep cleaning so I thought I would give these guys a try. I like supporting small businesses. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with their work. Complete removal of all traces of pets (my dogs are in my car every day) and it looks and smells brand new – quite a miracle since my car is 12 years old!! I’m so impressed and highly recommend them! Courteous and hard working crew – owner is very involved and really cares about the quality. Will definitely be back.

Where to start!! I dropped my car off at 2pm, and picked up next day at 12pm. When leaving my car it was covered with mildew on the inside everywhere!!! When picking up my car it look better than when I first took it off the car lot. They did an AMAZING job. I highly recommend using this service. I will definitely be back for another detail! Shine Me Up did an absolute phenomenal job on detailing my car inside and out! I needed my car in tip top shape to get ready for a trade in, and they exceeded my expectations by far! My car looks brand new and better than the first day I bought it! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone, anytime!! 20/10 stars for sure. Requested a deep vacuum, wipe down on the inside, washing on the outside that include tire cleaning, waxing, and a buff service. The inside was perfect. The outside was not up to par. When I received my car, there was wax left all over the car, sap was still on my glass, and the rims did not look like they were touched. I called for them to redo the work on the outside. I specifically requested a certain individual not to work on my car due to their past work. The day I scheduled for my car to be reworked, the individual I requested not to detail my car, was the only buffer person there. So I did not get my car rebuffed. Instead of the owners calling and trying to work things out, they thought it was acceptable for me to pay for a service I did not received properly.
A few days later, after calling them more than once, I was able to get $50 back. The total cost $319 plus tax and tip. The services wasn’t worth a total of $375. Very disappointing considering I went off of reviews. I won’t go back.
