This is by far is the best car washes I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The staff here are extremely friendly and offered and went away above and beyond to help me out. This is a fantastic place to bring your rentals or family cars to get them serviced and they return it clean as can be. They did a fantastic job it was quite unbelievable and experience was well worth it. Got the “premium interior and exterior ” looks like the barley wiped it with a dirty rag. Wow. Completely disappointed. At the time the manager on site was very helpful help make the claim and made this a easy stream line process or so I thought. I have yet to get resolution I have been bounced back-and-forth between the phone line. With claims of getting over to a manager who has yet to reach out to me since the incident I am extremely disappointed and I will be moving my services going forward with my damages unresolved apparently.

There are multiple locations within the twin cities. And with the monthly carwash membership you can wash your car up to 2x daily. And the Saint Paul location on 7th street (Previously The Downtowner Carwash) offers interior cleaning for $10 if you have the monthly carwash membership. The pressure on the machine is so hard it pushes my mirrors. I always feel like there’s a new scratch, but I could be exaggerating. When ever I go the cloth machine the rolls over your car is like a hit or miss. (Meaning never on) They stop frequently to prevent accidents like this. I’m literally almost touching the van. The van is parked while I’m still on the tracks. I might stick with Holidays touch less car wash. I just don’t like the urge of almost hitting someone, I’ll stick to one at a time. The people are nice but could use a little more experience. Not to mention the car wash leave scratches on the car.

Looks like they didn’t even vacuum seats or wipe down the interior. Disappointed with the attention to detail at this location.
Great place!,good service! I had a monthly pass so I could be in and out of there with a clean truck in less than 10 minutes 90% of the time unless you arrive during a busy time, then you will have to wait in line. If you wash your vehicle often then get the monthly pass. it’s a good discount and you can drive right up to the gate it will scan you and open for you to drive right into the wheel huggers with the guide of an attendant and just enjoy the ride during the automatic wash. If you opt for the full service interior package then they will also vacuum and clean your interior before the auto wash and wipe it down afterwards+ air freshener of your choice. I would definitely recommend the place and there are many locations in the chain.
It was a long wait, all for my truck not to get washed right… The blower didn’t dry my truck…. they said they didnt know why it wasn’t working and the guy that dries the truck mirrors didn’t do his job! In fact he told us to keep going….wow it was horrible customer service and we paid for the 20.00 platinum wash! 🙄 and thier employees that detailed other customers cars cut in front of your service. Like they can’t wait…. wow if looks could kill.i wouldn’t be writing this review. 😳 well after 30 minutes they did dry my truck after washing it. again…. . So my 1star review goes to 3 stars… it was a long wait but my truck is clean!
Never again!!! took my car in 4.2.22 spent $45 these ppl did a ok job but not for my vehicle to be damaged and them to lie and say my fender piece was sticking out prior to coming in lies and more lies.. Stay far away from this place Manger Westen Long just called me to tell me they won’t fix my car OHH YOU WON’T?. I’M SURE SMALL CLAIMS COURT WILL SAY DIFFERENT…. CAN YOU SAY LAWSUIT!!!

The car wash never paid for my damage vehicle they gave my insurance company the run around they started blocking 🚫 my number so I couldn’t call the store or office. WORST CAR WASH COMPANY EVER!!!
