The unit can’t even wash the back side of my SUV correctly. I go to speak to the attendant and apparently they don’t do rewashes, I’d have to pay for another….waste of $20-. Would NOT recommend to go here. Vacs are free, but terrible suction. If I could give 0 stars I would. Didn’t even get the front windshield at all either. I waited too long for someone to attend the car wash. The manager (Tony, I think someone called him) was sitting in the window watching while the line formed behind. Had to rewash my car today and it came out with lots of soap and water still on it. Looks like they rebranded to Flash Car. I went to the trunk afterwards to wipe down the car and noticed that my back wiper was hanging by a thread. It was completely fine beforehand, it’s a brand new car. I went to go talk to an attendant afterwards who said the manager was gone for the day. She said this happens all the time and that they could fix it for me. That’s a huge problem if hundreds of cars go through there and their back wipers fall off during the wash. The fact that it’s a common occurrence is a HUGE red flag. Cars should not be damaged during a car wash. I will not let them get anywhere near my car to fix the wiper and thankfully there was no other damage to the car. The SUV always comes out clean. Have had my SUV detailed and I’m always astonished at how clean it comes out. Totally worth the price. That hard to vacuum dog hair is never a problem for the detailing team. Also, the free vacuums are certainly a plus. I especially appreciate how clean they have been keeping the area. Staff are great, but I have been trying for the last six months to cancel my monthly membership as I no longer live absolutely anywhere near the wash. Several unanswered emails and phone calls. Finally decided to eat the gas and make the 43 mile one way trip out and they are completely closed down. Currently in over $100 with no washes at this point and the auto pay just keeps taking every month.By Ashley Kokosa (7 months ago)Its only getting 4 because it was pretty awesome u can pick either type of carwash/ U can do TouchLESS OR Regular (drag those big heavy -dirty -scratchy wands all over car and if paint age or any rust is a issue , it makes prob 5x worse.)..butttt if u have a Avalanche/ Escalade like truck, the Rinse does Not get back window area for S***! And I went thru 2x. Hey wash places, u know what would be amazing? If u had a hose avaliable at end for customers to hit quick any soap spots missed.

It’s Monday October 11th 2021 my significant other and I had to come get the car washed and get it vacummed after it hasn’t been vacuumed in some time. And we got to this Balise today and just discovered the newly installed vacuumes and WOW what a difference. Before there were maybe 12 to 15 of them now there’s a huge amount they installed. And what’s also awesome is that there’s also car mat holders. Those metal things are for your car mats so they’re easier to clean and once they’re hooked they stay in place. Absolutely amazing experience. And the suction of the new hoses work AWESOME. TONS of suction and way better than the old ones. Worth the time to come and get your car vacuumed.
Used to really enjoy going here, have been a customer for years and was a member of their wash pass. Unfortunately on my most recent visit Wednesday 1/4 for an interior detail with one of our fleet vehicles our gas card went missing from the vehicle following our visit to the facility. Very disappointed and will not be returning, I caution all others away from their detailing services…
I recently dropped off my car to get detailed, and it was a complete waste of time and money. I paid for the interior and exterior to be clean, which I assumed included cleaning the engine but apparently you have to ask for it, I guess paying for it wasn’t enough. Not to mention, the interior looks like they didn’t even clean it, the windows, seats, console, dash weren’t clean properly, their was a lot of things wrong with this. I paid the highest price assuming it would get me the best quality, but honestly I would have done a better job doing it myself. I left my at 7:30 to pick it up at 5, which I didn’t not mind because I had assumed they making sure it was cleaned properly but to my surprise it wasn’t. Overall I was disappointed in the service, the guys over there seem nice but this was just terrible service. I would just recommend going somewhere else because I don’t know what they did from when I left my car to when I picked it up but anyone who saw it could see it wasn’t clean properly.
My car looks brand new! Which seemed impossible considering I have a very messy 3 year old. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants that new car look and smell!
