We paid for their ‘best’ car wash but it was anything but. There was a young lady inside ‘pre washing’ but she was only doing the left side of the vehicles. The car wash was only OK at best. Once it was done we pulled over to vacuum and wipe things down- but there were no dry cloths at all- none. The quality of wash was average at best. I had to back on two of our windows and so significant cleaning on the outside. The tire shine was sporadic and not uniform around the wheels. The vacuums were clogged so they were unusable at best. I’ve had better quality washes from a gas station car wash. Why would I pay a premium price for less than average quality. Overall a disappointing experience.By Wilson From (3 weeks ago)Ugh! Every time I go, I have to re-visit my tires. Brake dust is still on my rims, mixed with tire shine that makes an oily mess!
Often, if it wasn’t for the convenience of this location, I would go to a car washing bay, and hose it down myself, to ensure that my car and rims are clean!

Advanced Auto had sold me the wrong pads and they helped get me the right ones. Extremely fair pricing and got me in and out in about two hours. I am overall pleased but believe improvement is needed.

This establishment is military friendly as well as the staff members. I did enjoy the timeliness in having my vehicle washed and cleaned. The only discrepancy I had my front windshield was not cleaned at all, which may been because of my GPS and camera. Tuesdays are women’s day so we get discounted washes, 2-3 bucks off. I took it yesterday, the pic shows it the following day. Nice n Clean. They also have a loyalty program, every 7th wash is free. I’m at 6 so my next visit will be free. The detailers are friendly and engaging and for the most part will try to assist with special detail requests so be sure to tip nice.By Gena H. Shame my car end up with scratches and everything.By Sharon Rosado (a month ago)Well to be quite honest the services they say they offer are apparently not services they offer, upon taking my vehicle to Bob’s I expected a professional and friendly experience where my car would be completely detailed (as that is a service they say they offer but apparently do not) and wash and waxed. While my vehicle was washing waxed the inside was only half done and when I mentioned it I was pretty much told my vehicle was too dirty to clean that it would take way more time than they had (took it somewhere else afterwards took 15 minutes) in pond cleaning the trash out of my own vehicle and walking around the back of it I noticed two spots where paint had been removed from my vehicle upon pointing it out I was directed to other scratches on my vehicle instead of talking about the obvious problem that I was having at this point, the manager came out to speak with me and instead of acknowledging the fact that they had done wrong and should take responsibility for damaging my vehicle he proceeded to place the blame on me and as I could see the conversation was going nowhere and he was not going to acknowledge that they should take responsibility I decided the best course of action would be to in the conversation and tell them I would send them the bill at which point he waited for me to get in my vehicle and slammed my door. Love a fast car wash that does a good job. The additional things they added to the cleaning stations are great like the compressed air. So pretty much you have everything you need to have a sparkly car.
Appears to be a pretty good car wash over all the rest. Been using Whatta Wash on highway 290 in Duncan South Carolina ever since their opening. I do have some concerns. I shared my concerns with management. He was going to take care of the minor issues.
I do have a disappointment. The buff and shine was in my initial SPARKLE package. They have excluded that part. The price of my package remains the same.
Whatta Wash is conveniently located one and a half miles from my home.
I pay $30 per month for unlimited washes, which to me is a good value. The employees are friendly & courteous. The facility is always clean & in good working order. I would highly recommend this business.
Fast and friendly, you can be quick if you’re in a hurry and still get a good wash or spend most of the day, taking your time and getting all the nooks and crannies …. And using the super vacuums, best around hands down, this is why I starting going in the first place. First time I used them I was hooked, tried others but I just laid it down, still running, quarters wasted, bee line to my favorite spot…. You know where to find me 🙂 and monthly deals are the best way to go. 2 washes at other places pays for a month at the best spot around
Best car wash in town. All the employees are very friendly and always helpful. I got the best wash and my car looks great. Going to join the membership next time I go.
