I regularly use the dog wash station and the automated car wash. I’m very happy with both! I am loving the dog wash! It has flea & tick shampoo, normal shampoo, conditioner, warm water and blow dry! It is also a “back saver” if you typically bath your dog in your bathtub. Extremely disappointed, absolute waste of money and time. First let me start off by saying my car is brand new 2021, so there wasn’t much to be done. I mainly went in because I wanted the interior wiped down and front matts shampooed. The interior looked nice at first glance, but there was there was some streaking on my plastic components and there was still debris left in easy to clean places. The detailers broke my air freshener holder from Bath & Body Works and didn’t mention it to me at all… The exterior clean which to me is the most important was absolutely terrible. There was lint left over my whole car from the rags they used, tons of pollen and big debris still left over. It wasn’t stuck on or hard to remove either, I wiped some of this away with my thumb. They just didn’t try much at all to try to wipe it away to ensure my car was cleaned properly. For the $40 plus $10 tip spent I didn’t expect to be amazed but I expected the work described to be done properly. I’m out $50 and now have to go out and spend more money to try to get the bug remnants off myself and the lint they left all over my car off. I was really hoping to use this company regularly, planning on getting a VIP wash every 2 months and a wax every year for my new car. But I’m now going to look into other options.
***UPDATE*** went to remove the bugs from my car that they didn’t touch and found horrible water spots over my entire car. 10/10 would NOT recommend
By Kay (a year ago)Dishonest staff gave me over-priced, poor quality work. I brought my car in for the interior to be shampooed and for the exterior to be washed. I was told it would take 3 hours. It took 6 hours, and they failed to call me when my car was supposedly finished. When I inspected the car, they had NOT washed the exterior because there was still FRESH dirt and insect remains all over the exterior of the car. The inside was still soaking wet (carpets, floor mats, and dashboard). When I pointed out the poor quality of their work, the person all of a sudden could not speak or understand English, when just 5 minutes earlier, he was speaking English fairly well with the receptionist. It was only 20 minutes until closing time, so he had no interest in actually doing what he was supposed to do in the first place. I will NEVER come back to this place again. You’re better off finding a mobile car detailing service.UPDATE: Upon further inspection of their poor work, I saw well water stains on my headlights, taillights, windshield, all door windows, and the rear window that I know for a fact were NOT there when I brought the car to them. There were also streak marks all over the windows that were NOT there when I brought the car to them. Not only did they perform poor quality work, my car actually came out WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE I brought it there. Google forces you to give at least a 1-star rating. If I could give them a Zero-star rating, I would. The poor quality of their work and their dishonest staff are worthy of a zero-star rating. Do NOT bring your car to this business. I could have done a better job myself using a garden hose, windex, store-brand wax, store brand carpet cleaner, an old t-shirt, and a vacuum cleaner.

But every week or every other week I come here I always have to tell them to clean my moonroof and my rims. I pay for the service, you see the ticket so why not do your job. Such a great place for a good car wash. We’ve been monthly members for quite awhile now and since recently purchasing a new car we have been using it a lot. With so many locations, it’s easy to just run through on your way to somewhere else or before you head home. Free vacuums and the car mat cleaner is awesome!
After washing my car, the plastic antenna cover came off and when I went back to the place they couldn’t find anything and just said sorry… now I’m being charged a lot of money just to get a plastic piece to cover back my antenna. Definitely I’m not coming back to this place, I was hoping for better help from customer service regarding this issue.
This place won’t admit it but they obviously scratched the hell out of my fathers truck, they must be cleaning these with scotch brite pads! The truck was immaculate paint wise and now I have to buff it out the scratches…. Won’t be using this car wash again… membership canceled
Never going back. I used to be a Bill’s Car Wash regular but today was the last time, mainly because their price for the non-member package that includes tire shine recently increased by 40%. Also – the tire shine applicator that’s built into their car wash track, sucks! It never gets ANY tire shine on the outermost part of your tire sidewalls.
And as of April 2023 they still haven’t bothered to update their website at all since 2019, and it needs it… a sign of being poorly managed, IMHO.
Unlimited is now a LIE!
When it comes to their subscription service, which I have 2 vehicles signed up for. New ownership has these locations only permitting one wash a day. On dirty days, this does not work out for me. If this doesn’t change back, I’ll jump to another vendor opening in the area.
Best place at the moment. But you should give your ride a scrub before rolling through as a double wash in a day won’t happen at this time.
