- Reviews:I’d love to say my experience here was all great but unfortunately the only part that was okay, was the time I spent inside of the car wash. When I arrived I gave the cashier a coupon I had received at a recent outdoor festival. There I was told I could use this coupon at the Overland Park location until the new location opened. I gave this to the cashier, she said we don’t take these here. I said I was told otherwise. She got on a headset to ask her manager. She didn’t say anything else just lifted the arm. I wasn’t offered any information on buying wipes or other items for the interior of my vehicle or information on a membership. After my vehicle was washed I pulled into a spot to vacuum out my car. There was a gentleman parking lot attendant. He offered the other gentleman in the parking lot chamois cloths, interior wipes, complimentary floor mat cleaning etc. Not one word was spoken to me. I wasn’t offered any items. I’m not sure if this was due to me being a woman or because my car wasn’t made this year or last. Just extremely disappointed. I offered to pay, but he said just drive around, but be careful as you drive around. - Reviews:I can’t recommend Go Car Wash. I tried the wash in early February because I was considering a wash subscription. I purchased a “Go Big” wash using a $5 off coupon. The attendant on duty stated I may need a second wash because of the road salt and encouraged me to take advantage of the 48 hour guarantee for a second wash. He was right and I returned the next day to get the spots the wash missed. The kiosk was not working, so it took about five minutes for an attendant to help get me into the wash. Once through the wash, I pulled into a vacuum bay to dry my doorjambs. I noticed a piece of trim had broken off of my front bumper. The same attendant that helped me with the kiosk ran into the wash and found the broken piece of trim. He then helped me start the claim paperwork, while another worker took pictures of the damage. I was told they’d be in contact within three business days. A week goes by with no update, so I call and speak with GM Ben. Ben explained he reviewed the footage from my initial visit and didn’t see any damage. I explained it happened the next day and reiterated the time, which was already listed on the claim form. He also asked if I recalled the person that helped me, which I didn’t, but could easily be found from his work schedule. We ended the call with Ben saying he’d review the footage from the correct date/time. Still no word a week and a half later. I touched base with the corporate office, who apologized for not being able to assist. This was a $65 piece of trim that I was able to replace myself, but the inaction from the team at Go on something that could have easily been resolved means I’ll take the family’s vehicles elsewhere.By Zack Jemas (a year ago)One of the best washes around. They offer two lanes for cash customers that funnel into one side of the car wash. A third line for members only who have their own side. This drastically keeps the lines moving over some of the others. I went at one of the busiest times and was in and out in 10 minutes through the line and washed. The water sprayers get all areas. I have a truck and every car was I have been through fails to get the bottom portion cleaned. I was shocked when I got out to dry. My truck was actually clean! These dryers are a beast! The pricing is fair for what all you get. I with with the top wash to get the ceramic coating. Don’t forget to visit the middle area where they have free floor mat cleaners plus a washout station and a load of towels that they kept bringing out. After years of being a happy customer I was very disappointed with GO Car Wash last week. My car was hit inside of the carwash from behind. While it wasn’t handled well the day off, the district manager, John Belfonte reached out very quickly and handled it very professionally from that point on.
This is a great car wash. My car always comes out very clean. Free Vacs that are in good condition. They provide micro fiber rags to wip down and clean your vehicle as well. My only grip would be they were a little under staffed this past weekend. But, still 5 stars.
Decent car wash. Doesn’t really get the car clean but the vacuums are free.
