- Reviews:I would give it five stars but I do have a couple of concerns. One of my concerns is the drying of the vehicles. The dryers do not work very well. As for getting the vehicle clean, it does a pretty decent job but there have been times when I have to go in for a second wash. Having said that, the staff are really nice and professional. They are always willing to help out if you need it specially if you have any questions. In the price is pretty normal for car washes in the area. They’re way better than Mister Car Wash. better prices. Better vacuums. And they always have those nice blue towels to use while wiping down the car at the vacuum Staton. I mostly use the Mister Car Wash located on Garrity blvd in Nampa because I live near by, but I frequently use any of the other convenient locations of I happen to be in the area. The staff are very friendly and are always waving and nodding as if I am a friend or family member. They like to give thumbs up and use hand signals to communicate, airways with a smile. The beautiful landscaping at the Garrity location is an appreciated nice touch. I am a member and have purchased the unlimited package of basic washes. It is a great deal at only $19.99 per month. I visit almost every day because my apartment has a dirty parking lot and it irritates me when my car is covered in dust, occasionally I get my car washed more than once a day, they don’t care if you loop around and come right back through, the unlimited is truly unlimited! No matter what every wash includes free use of the vacuums which is a sweet value added bonus. The customer service is superb. One month my direct deposit was late and I didn’t know it and my membership fee automatic withdrawing had been rejected. They were polite and understanding and let me wash my car anyways without paying, just taking my word for it that it would go through in the next couple of days. Aside from being a great deal and very convenient they have earned my loyalty and fully deserve every star I can give them. When did tipping at a self service car wash become a thing???? Aso who asks for tips, especially before a service is performed. I have had unlimited car wash membership for several years, and the quality of the wash has declined over the last couple years. Today, after having my pickup washed there for years they refused to have the brushes go across the front or back of the vehicle. I asked to speak to the manager, but apparently he was hiding in the bathroom and couldn’t be bothered. I waited about 5 minutes for him to come out and then gave up. Now I have been on hold for 10 minutes with their customer service trying to cancel the membership. It resets and moves you to the back of the cue after 8 minutes. Frustrating business…
Yeah… Don’t waste your $22 on the premium wash…. Completely useless.

When we started the monthly premium service it was great. We only go about 4 times a month. Now it’s very fast going thru and just about each time people tap their brakes to clean a little longer. Twice this month including 5pm on a Tuesday no soap. Windshield never changed color. From suds. Really disappointed and reconsidering cancelling
I paid $30 for a carwash. There are water spots all over the body of my truck and windows. . They provide no wipes for the interior of the vehicle. There are definitely better choices for a better price in town. I won’t be back.
The folks who work there are very friendly! But here are the things that I had issues with: heavy soap residue on the windows and car, wheels did not show any cleaning, several of the vacuums were not operable, no handy towels for drying for door jambs/other, no water available to wet our own towels, no offer of upholstery towelettes, and finally, no where or nothing to wash/rinse car mats with. But a monthly membership was definitely being verbally offered. For the same price that I paid for this car wash, I have had all the amenities offered at 2 other car wash locations, that I like using in Eagle and Boise (different owners/companies). Unfortunate that this will be the closest car wash to my new residence, for I will not be making use of it. Again, friendly attendants, though!
