Loved the car wash, but wish a better job was done to interior. Might only come back for car washes and nothing else.

I got The Ultimate package ($30) and loved it! They got rid of the evidence from the insect carnage of our road trip, and left my car smelling fresh and the exterior shining, spotless, and dry (even in all the tight spaces inside the doors)!
4 stars because I really wish there was more detail and options for the interior. It’s what we all look at the most, right? Not detailing level, but just a microfiber cloth to get all the dust on the screens and buttons on dashboard would be enough for me.
Will come back for the exterior washes, but I don’t think I’m willing to pay $30 if my interior doesn’t get as much detail paid to it.

I went to get my car washed on Tuesday 1/18 at 3pm and when the driver left the vacuum bay to the wash bay thos side swiped my car on the white brick wall exiting the vaccum bay. When I notice the damage in the drying area I asked to speak with a manager. Nobody would give me their name or when they would be back, so I had to call the police and file a report for the damage. When the police showed up they finally remembered Elias’s name and when he would be back (funny how that works). I met with Elias yesterday 1/19 to discuss damage and he was completely unprofessional telling me a car hit me, as you can see from the pics it’s a straight line damage cars don’t make damage like that, he refused to provide insurance information and was completely uncooperative, disrespectful. I canceled my membership signed the paper and asked them about the prorated return of my monthly dues, according to Elias there’s rules and he would not refund my monthly payment. As a regular and club member at your business I would be embarrassed to be associated with this business. I hope Dave and Joanna contact me regarding these issues but I have little to no faith they will based on how they allow the business to be operated. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Overall it was a pretty good experience and value for money. I paid a total of 51.00 for all the services and the whole thing took less than 30min. I hadn’t been here in so long since I was a little kid but now that I have my license I can appreciate a good car wash. This one is very reasonably priced for the services. The car wash is good and the part I like the most is that they vacuum for you. Sometimes that is just too much and to have it done right there in five minutes it’s great. It is not the most thorough but it’s better than me not doing it.By Sydney Bieringer (11 months ago)I got the Wheels and more wash for my car, they said they will spray air refresher, and i asked for a vanilla they didn’t spray it, so many spots were missed on the exterior wash, didn’t even touched the lower parts of my car, it looked like they didn’t even washed it, just the machine with pressure water and basically that’s it, not even worth talking about for the interior vacuum and cleaning, waste of money for me to be honest. The workers were very distracted, chatting with each other playing around, and probably that’s why they did such a poor job. My whole reason that I got this wheel and more wash was to get rid of the dirts from a long range travel from California. I am really disappointed in the low part of my car, yet the automatic cleaning machine did a nice spray down for my roof and doors. Better to go to a gas station machine wash if you’re in hurry or wash it yourself than spending money here.

Barely a wait and the guys did a very thorough vacuum and inside wipe down. Maybe if it was busier they might have rushed. BUT they were great! Next time I step my game up and get me a tire cleaning I thought I bought the most expensive one but I think they must have a better one but they’re real nice people. Charles my car’s first bath this year!
The Car washes are very nice and the free vacuums are sweet!! I’ve been using this place for years. However; recently I have had damages like scratches, and paint pulled off the top of my truck and side rails. One time, my truck hit another car. There was no damage thank God, but I still kept going. 2 days ago the power wash knocked off my license plate, and I just realized it was missing. Glad I didn’t get pulled over. I went back there today to see if it was there and sure enough it was! No management was there to talk to, no one answer the phones after several calls and I left a message. I went up there and one of staff did find my plate inside the car wash. He just gave it to me, like I could put it on myself. He half put it on, the screws are now stripped. I now have a hanging plate until I can find someone to help me. So if you don’t like a rough, power wash, don’t come here. I will be ending my membership as well because I’ve paid a lot of money for my Tahoe and I refuse to let a carwash tear it up!!
I only bought the basic wash but there’s still bug guts all over my windshield and we had to drive around the block and go through twice because the soap wasn’t working. Good thing I wasn’t pressed for time… So, two passes and still 🤷♀️

The wash was good but I don’t like the fact that you don’t have a space to pack to further dry your car,u drive right into the road as u come out
Really underwhelmed. After management transitioned from Top Wash to Mister Car Wash, car cleanliness has gone down. They don’t pre spray the car with a power washer before you enter the wash which was something that was done previously, leaving the car dirtier than before.
