Great experience having the interior of my vehicle detailed. Speed Shine was prompt, polite, and transparent in communication and pricing. My car is cleaner than it has been since the day I bought it. They did their best to remove as much pet hair as possible from my header, which is a challenge because I have a giant dog! I was initially charged $135 for thespeed shine express which was described online as hand wash car wash,wax application,cleaning of rims, and high shine of tire. Cleaning all interior panels, dashboard, cup holders,seats,window and vacuum service . I questioned the employee about the price, stating the website listed the Service as $99. He stated that price was for the speed shine express – Which is what I was being told I got and the interior isnt included regardless of what the website says. He was rude and unhelpful but reluctantly changed my charges to $105 which was still more expensive than the posted price on the website- and I only received half the service (no interior). I was shocked when I saw the poor work done on my car. The tires/rims were not cleaned in any way. It appears they were sprayed with something but it was not cleaned off so there are spots all over my dull looking rims. The wheel well is coated in mud/dirt, unchanged from when I dropped it off. The mirrors/hood/running boards/front end are dirty and don’t appear to be washed and certainly not waxed. The service I received was equivalent to the standard $8 car wash I get at Kwik trip, absolutely not $105. I contacted speed shine the same day and communicated my concerns and I received no response. Im guessing they buy positive reviews because there’s no way this is a 4 star business. Bruise almost invisible.
Interior was so clean and shiny ,leather seats looked like they did when the car was new. Carpet cleaned to perfection.

I paid for a full service car wash which was advertised to “Vacuum, inside windows, dashboard, cup holders, wash and hand dry.” In the photos I have included you will see that non of the interior promises were kept. There was dust all on my dashboard and the interior. The cup holders were still dirty. The exterior of the car was still dirty with dirt and water stains all over it. In addition to that they nickled and dimed me for everything. They charged to vacuum my trunk ($3) and tried to charge me for “new car smell” without telling me. It was a terrible experience. Some of the male employees made me feel uncomfortable in the way they looked at me. Another employee talked to a man for a extended period while me and other customers waited. She seemed to be flirting with the man and was fully distracted from her job. The entire experience was a nightmare. I will never go back to Triton. I should have gone back for a refund since my car isn’t actually clean… but I felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. Some of the employees made me feel very unsafe.
paid extra for the “triton works treatment” not really sure what i was getting in addition to the full service treatment. Interior cleaning was disappointing they didn’t fully clean the dash, did not touch the center console, and the vacuuming was extremely disappointing. It does the job for a quick wash but i would not pay extra for the works.
I bought the $35 car wash. My truck got clean but not as clean as i would expect it for the price i paid. Water spots, towel fibers everywhere, spots on the dash missed, wheels not clean. I’m not too picky about how clean my vehicle is but this just wasn’t up to premium pricing standards in my opinion.
Overpriced carwash. If they offered an exterior wash and reduced the price, it might be worth it. But I went with the $29 service and the outside of my car was nice and clean and looked nice, but I couldn’t even tell they did anything on the inside except for the scent from the air freshener that was added. I have gone here in the past and was disappointed but decided to give it another shot because the name is different, but they haven’t gotten any better so that’s it for me. No, I don’t recommend. I could have just paid $10 elsewhere and dried my car myself.
Disappointed, paid for high end wash including 3rd row, doesn’t look like 3rd row was touched. Finger prints on screen, drips not wiped off. See photos.
