I would highly recommend using another car wash. A front piece of my bumper got ripped off by their machines and they refuse to be accountable for it. I had a small crack near the area but it has nothing to do with their machine getting caught on a totally different part and ripping it out. Edit to update that the company contacted me and offered me a rewash for free and the service was better this time. Unsure as to how it was so bad the first time but im glad the company made it right.
Your car shouldn’t look worse after you go through the car wash. Went in and got their middle tier package as my car wasn’t filty or muddy just felt like getting a wash and came out with spots, streaks, and scratches all over my car. These pictures are from immediately after going through. Multiple areas didn’t even get touched with water or soap as well. Absolutely the worst car wash I’ve been to in Lincoln.

The dryer didn’t work great and my wheels weren’t as clean as I’d hoped which was a little disappointing. The ample vacuums clean the car interior as well.The 4 star rating, rather than 5 star, results from the inability of these machines to clean off a few spots on either of my cars. A place for the customer to wash and rinse the remaining spots would be helpful.

Jet splash does a terrible job of prepping your vehicle for wash I have to ask them everytime I go through to please prep my wheel well openings to get all the salt moderate snow or ice or light dirt out or they just skim over your car all it takes is to bend over a little and run the wand semi circle around the openings to wash the openings out ,I have had my membership for many years and have seen a steady decline in good service ,my wife just got jet splash a month ago and said wow all they do is skim the front back and sides and do nothing to the wheel openings that is where all the salt snow ice and dirt collects ,I called jet splash the gal that talked to me said if it’s busy they cannot take the time to prep wheel openings well it wasent busy when I went through and they never do it unless you roll your window down and ask them to do it which I shouldn’t have to do,look at employee reviews what does that tell you you will get bad service ,I am looking for another car wash That cares about customer satisfaction than how many car washes they sell and treats there employees well.
Had to update my review, due to my own mistake causing my tailgate to be missed (forgot to remove my hitch! Lol). After removing my hitch, wash was great. 4 stars due to guys at the start of the wash seem to be in a daze (not that I can blame them) they always seem to miss the mirror side of my mirrors before folding them in so, they don’t get real clean. Not a big enough issue to stop going, other than that great wash.
