10/22/22 – back again to update my review. Today I got here at 8:40 am for a quick Full Service 1 Plus. Been here over an hour and my car hasn’t even gone through the car wash yet. If you plan on coming here make sure you have at least 2 hours to wait. Who has this kind of time?! Just spoke to the new manager, she seems like she’s going to get this place together…fingers crossed!
8/2022 – There was a little rough patch late last year (10/2021) and early this year (2/2022) with logistics and quality, but I’m so happy to report they’ve resolved these issues. Thank you all for addressing the concerns!

I went there as soon as they opened on the dot and told them I wanted FULL DETAIL INSIDE AND OUT he said ok gave me my ticket I paid and came back and it looked like my car wasn’t even touched. My 2 year old could have done better. Then when I expressed my concern about it they didn’t care I asked for a refund and BOTH managers didn’t want to give it when I said I was calling corporate they then decided to give me a refund BUT not without attitude and couldn’t even be adult and professional enough to hand me my money instead he threw it down on the desk and walked off. Have the monthly full service and have had them wash it in West Knox many times with no issues. Long story short, they tell me car is ready to go, I drive off and get chased down by an employee who informed me my Mirror cap broke off and he was tryin to buff out the scratches for me… I was told it was my problem to deal with, and that it happened all the time on Teslas…. Fast forward a month later I’m having my car washed again in West Knoxville at the other sparkling image and I’m talking to one of their employees and ask why it wouldn’t be covered. He said man that’s on them call them back. I did call, spoke with a guy that said he’d get back with me. A week later and crickets. Stay away from this place. cost me 650 bucks to have it fixed. 350 for the part and 300 in labor. I would highly recommend not using this car wash unless you want to spend a ton of money, time and aggravation over something that is supposed to be relaxing and smooth. Dropped my blacked out Ram 1500 off for a full buff, wax, ceramic coating, full exterior detail and they did a OUTSTANDING job! Got rid of the swirl marks and it is perfect! Worse car wash I’ve ever been at paid 40 dollars for the inside an out an looks like they just armor all everything an dont wipe an clean still was dirty the way it came in so why pay 40 for the inside an out don’t waste your money
Mike did a great job. Car looks great. Only thing I would have asked be done is that the trunk be opened to clean around the lid on the bumper. But otherwise great. He spent a bunch of time on the interior and it shows.
Great experience, most (not all) of the negative reviews I read need to reach out to a detailer and get a quote for their car. I have spent $300-$400 after tip and it has taken them 6 HOURS to fine detail my car. This place details in 20-30 MINUTES. To me, the whole point here is to avoid swirl marks from auto washes which will cost you much more in the long run with clear coat and new paint while getting a relatively quick wash. I will happily do a few fine touches to my car after this and spend $40 as opposed to $400. There is simply no possible way to get the car perfect this quickly. This place was exactly what I was looking for and the guy that was finishing my car was busting it! Great job guys.
Be aware to this place. I just got a new emblem from toyota dealer fews days ago. I bring my car with completely good condition no broken. I paid for $74.- to wash my car. Finally I got my emblem at front disappeared. They broke my car!! I asked them and they side no emblem when I took my car in. I still said it’s this. So, one man who work there find my emblem at their work place!! A man manager come have arguments with me!! They said can’t do anything about this. No any response. Rude manager and their team to their customers. They just want your money. I paid $74. for broke my car. Not clean at all. I take my car back to toyota dealer. It’s have a little black peace broke inside. Don’t waste your money your times for nothing.
The crew at synergy never disappoint me. I come in fairly frequently with my dog hair filled car and they always take their time and pay attention to detail unlike most places. Dylan helped me out today and even suggested a membership which I should have done awhile ago. He was very helpful and was great to answer any questions I had and if he didn’t know he would find the answer for me. The whole crew is very polite and goes above and beyond on service! The price is reasonable for the service you receive considering they did a great job on my car!
