I have been coming here for a long time but yesterday i didn’t like the service it was performed. everything was good except at the last moment when i saw dirt around my car. I asked the guy to clean it properly but he refused to clean saying i am done. he was kind of rude because i asked him nicely to wipe the dirt down which i paid for. i would have understood if it was busy but not. I really didn’t like the service i was delivered yesterday. Really disappointed. I could see the rush he had while cleaning my car. The next day my car was all wet from the wax. Also they didn’t clean the spots that I wanted. Mind you my car was not even that dirty to began with. I asked the first guy if they could do a detailed clean inside the car, he told me no cause they are low on staff. Then the lady inside was so adamant about telling me about how they wash the car outside. I had to tell her several times lady I’m talking about inside the car. She told me they do detail but only with appointments. Pure confusion. I do not recommend this place. The employees are oblivious to what is going on. I have observed how careless the workers are, but now I know this spills down from upper management. After the accident, I called the corporate office to discuss and ask questions about how to avoid such mishaps (I have seen vehicles left in the drive position to then hit the vehicle parked in front of it). I spoke to Kristie who informed me she would have the district manager call me. It has been 4 weeks and I haven’t received a return call. I even called twice! What poor customer service. I would hate to think if it was a major fender bender! Horrible business techniques. From now on I will use the new car wash in Irving down the street at Beltline and 161. Very good experience with both interior and exterior cleaning. They do a very great job in cleaning everything patiently. But, it’s a little pricey considering the market.
Also, they have a good seating area opposite to their car cleaning department. Very friendly customer service and I recommend this for clean car wash.

I tried and still there, those are actually little scratches.I just want to know WHO’S GONNA PAY FOR THAT? If someone know what can I do in this cases let me know please!
So sad and disappointed that business owners allow their employees to get away with treating the customers so rude, I mean hello! We all are paying for a service is NOT free! I’ll be a $8.00 or $80 dlls for a membership we still paying for the service!

The lady at the front taking payment is rude and talks to you very condescendingly. If you want to get an inspection, the process is not marked clearly and the setup is confusing. All cars whether you want a car wash or inspection go in the same line. You pay first, then get your free basic car wash. The you turn back around, get in the same line to pull into another parking spot labeled car inspection station (on the overhang). There is another entrance labeled employee entrance that leads you to the same spot but apparently that’s the wrong way. She makes you feel like it was your fault that you don’t know their setup. I’ve been here a few times and this lady chronically rude and unprofessional. There are so many other car washes in the area- save your money and go elsewhere. I’m updating this review, they were able to make things right. I will consider coming more. Sometimes the voice machine doesn’t let you leave a message but the owner was actively ensuring customer satisfaction. When I came back for a wash, the manager on duty was responsive and made it hassle free. Thanks!
On December 13, I went to go get a car wash here and payed for the most expensive one for one time 18$. Long story short after the car wash I realized my headlight washer for my car came off. Not only my car emblem was nearly peeling off! Oh it gets worse there’s still dust and bubbles particles/spots on my trunk even after the car wash has been finished. Soap is left on the bottom front doors. Definitely not even worth a penny! This incident never occurred any other car wash. I did not plan on going originally but I needed a car wash asap and the other one I usually go to was not available that day. Finally, after requesting to take a look for the part in the car wash I came about two days later went to go look and obviously it was not there. The employee ( i’m not sure if it’s manager exactly will update soon ) was very rude and telling me to come another day even though I already mentioned to him I was busy the other days so finally after arguing he let me look and by the way this is when the car wash is completely closed and everybody left. The manager did not care about the problem and I will not be returning here for a car wash! The only good thing I like about this place is the vacuums, other than that I do not recommend getting a car wash because you still have dust and bubble spots after the car wash on your car.
Took the $17 car wash for my lightly soiled car. Car is fairly cleaned and shines well. Tire shiner also applied nicely. Dont expect dirts out of scuff plates. Sufficient Free vacuum bays with good suction power. Recommended.
Seems as though I spoke too soon. My vehicle is less than 8 months old and the windshield wiper assembly on the rear window has been torn up. I will most likely cancel service with the car wash as this is not acceptable.
This isn’t going to be one of those reviews from “_____” upset that his car with questionable issues before his wash came out to find his bumper was missing (yes a clown ahead of me in a dump has his parts falling off. No I don’t believe it’s the car wash’s fault, maybe the tote-a-note company’s fault that sold him a wrecked vehicle).
This negative review is about my car coming out with spots where it used to come out without them. I’m not sure who decided to remove the extra air dryers that would blow in the opposite direction, aimed at the side mirrors, but that person needs to be relieved of his/her decision making position. This is one of the worst decisions. It allows for considerably more spots that I’m seriously contemplating going back to Mi-T-Fine, and you know that’s bad.
My previous rating was 4 stars, but now it’s 1. Time to clean up your act, literally.
Do not go to this car wash. I got the $12 wash and my car was left with this very gross oily coating on the entire car and windows to a point where I couldn’t even see to drive. Pretty sure an old wax or something was used bc you can even see the white broken down residue all over the car. Will absolutely never be going back
