My experience overall was nothing short of fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly, answered all of my questions (and there were MANY), and made me feel right at home. The owner is a gem and treats you like family. I purchased the Diamond Gloss Package which included scotch guard on the interior, rust proofing and sound proofing on the underside, Diamond Gloss on the exterior, and a few other extras. I also had the Z-Shield (clear stickers, as I like to call them) installed on the hood, fender flares, and grill of my Jeep. I am a pretty picky person (OCD) and had a few things I went back over there for (a couple small bubbles that I couldn’t remove myself and me being particular about where some things where cut) and the owner was very kind, agreed with everything I said, and was more than happy to make all of the changes I requested. They immediately took my car in no problem and got it fixed back up for me in no time. It looked phenomenal. The fixes were more than I had asked for or expected. Absolutely perfect! I will undoubtedly be returning for more services soon… specifically the ceramic window tint. I will go back to this location every time because of the phenomenal treatment I received. Thank you for the wonderful service, 5 star experience, and the many compliments on my new car from your team (and the lovely pictures on the Facebook page). I picked up my car to still find dog hair all over it. They tried to make it sound better saying “dog hair is just incredibly hard to get out.” Which I can understand – it is. But I’m pretty sure the point of detailing is they take the time and have the ability to get into deeper crevices than the average person. My back seats lift up and go down – they didn’t even bother to lift my seats up or sweep the trunk. They had me come back in a second time to redo their mistake – so they lifted the seats this time. My trunk had dirt marks from carrying sod around at one time – so the plastic needed a scrubbing. When I picked it up the second time, the sales guy just told me the trunk was stained. I took a scrub brush and some dawn dish soap and the “stain” was gone. So they didn’t even bother to actually use soap and water on the plastic interior. So I essentially paid them to do what I could have done myself, which was not what I was going for. I called to see if the vents had come in and they had. I was told to come in that afternoon and they could install them. When I got there they had sent all of the employees home. The owner installed the front vents but couldn’t install the back vents and was told I would have to come back the next day. So I had to go back a second time. I dropped my car off with these people to get a complete rustproofing job done. I picked this location far away from home because of bad experiences getting my wife’s new car done at the Greenwood Ziebart location a few years ago. At the time, I didn’t know they were all owned and operated by the same person.
Anyway, when I picked my car up, I had boot-prints on my leather seats, over-spray all over my paint, glass and wheels, and the only thing these people offered was to take a rag and mineral spirits and scrub it off of my car, which would have scratched the heck out of the clear-coat, so I declined. These guys are supposed to be a detail shop and know better. I had to take my car to a professional detail shop to get the over-spray all cleaned off. Ziebart apparently implemented zero mechanisms to protect the vehicle from all of the over-spray. This isn’t even to mention the scuffs in my clear-coat from what I can only guess as dragging a hose across my hood and a-pillars. After having an opportunity to get my car on a lift and inspect the work, I found that the spray job underneath the car was incomplete. The wheel wells, rocker panels, and multiple other locations have zero undercoating on them. It appears to me that they sprayed only where it was convenient for them. When I filed a complaint with photos, their response was only for me to bring the car back, and let them spray more on it. They flat-out refuse to refund my money. And since this same owner controls most of the Ziebart locations in central Indiana, there are no options. After all the damage these guys did to my car, they will never touch another one of my vehicles again, ever. I only wish I could give zero stars and get my 500 bucks back.
If you are looking for rustproofing, do yourself a favor and investigate “fluid film” and find someone competent to apply it every couple of years., or you can even just do it yourself. Avoid Ziebart at all costs. They took my money, messed up my new car and left me without proper rust protection.

Added a few photos for proof so everyone can see your shoddy work for themselves. Note the incomplete job and all the over-spray. Photos of the paint are difficult to see the over-spray so I won’t bother, but it did cost me money to get it all removed because the car felt like sandpaper after your shop got done with it.

I was able to immediately get in and did not have to schedule out far in advance despite then being busy. Staff was intelligent and educated on their product and services. It is certainly on the higher end of the price ranges you’ll find for things but you will get a top notch service, product, and lifetime warranty. So don’t go if you want the cheapest thing you can find. Go if you want the best product/service you can find without being completely ripped off on price. I’ve worked with them for window tint on a dozen different vehicles, rhino lining on a few trucks, a couple bed covers, and detail services, over the course of the last 10-15 years. These guys are awesome. I found them through the Indiana Tesla community as lots of people recommend this shop. They painted my calipers and did ceramic tinting and it came out fantastic!! They’ve also detailed 2 other cars for us and have done a great job every time. Prices are competitive and I would highly recommend for any of their services. I have used Pristine for 4 of my vehicles. Each one for different items. From a full body wrap, tint , painting my break calipers to custom decals.

These guys are great! I brought in my old 2010 Ford Fusion for interior detail prior to selling and it came back in just a few hours, immaculately cleaned. I have two dogs who shed a ton and ride in the car often. I opted to include the pet hair removal upgrade to my Level 2 interior detail and was astonished at their ability to remove every inch of fur. With my car being as old as it is, there were a couple of deep set stains that did not come clean, but that is to be expected. Overall, I’m very impressed with the labor service and customer service provided. I’ll definitely be utilizing them again for my new vehicle.
I first used Pristine a few years back for window tint in my Dodge Charger. They did a phenomenal job so much so that I sent my sister when she needed her Mustangs windows tinted. Fast forward to now and I brought them my 2022 Indy 500 Festival Camaro SS. Pristine tinted the windows, ceramic coated the entire car and corrected the paint. Car looks even better than new! Can’t recommend them enough. They are a five star company and I will continue to send them my vehicles in the future.
I just purchased a new car and thought it would look better with some window tint. After a little research and a couple of phone calls, I settled on Pristine. I had never visited before, but seeing pictures of their awesome work and reading the positive reviews helped me trust that they’d do a very good job. While they weren’t the cheapest quote I received, I’m pleased to say that it was worth the money. Car looks great and I’ll definitely keep the place in mind for referrals. Keep up the great work!
