When I dropped my vehicle at Thirsty Cars for detailing about a week ago, the touch screen radio, Bluetooth, rear camera, and phone charger were all working. The manager confirmed that the radio screen and rear camera were working when I dropped it off. When I picked up the vehicle from Thirsty Cars at about 530 pm that day, none of those above-referenced items were working. The manager confirmed he noticed that the radio screen and rear camera were not working when he backed the car up after the cleaning was done and before I picked up the vehicle.
I paid Thirsty Cars over $260 for a car detail. While the interior looked very clean when I pickup up the vehicle, the next morning in the daylight I saw that there were still dog nose smudges on the rear window, the rear view mirrors had a thick coat of dirt and spots, and the area behind the front right tire was covered in dirt.
The owner tried to fix the touch-screen radio but couldn’t and paid for the diagnostic test at the dealership. However, he refuses to pay to get my vehicle repaired although it seems more likely than not (at least to me and some other people I’ve discussed this with) that something that his workers did damaged the machinery that is now not working. I brought my vehicle to Thirsty Cars for it to be cleaned and detailed. What I got instead was broken machinery and a car that was not fully cleaned. It is going to cost me about $660 to get my car fixed after bringing it to Thirsty Cars!

Waited for 45 minutes and still no one came to acknowledge us.
Went and asked a worker if they were able to wash our car- he asked if We had an appointment. Don’t they check their appointment schedule? I said yes we did. I asked if we should leave and he said no- they can take us. Waited another 5 minutes. Still no one even came to apologize for the 50. Minute wait! Very poor customer service. The last time my husband made an appointment on line for 5pm – they close at 6pm. He was turned away because they said they stopped washing cars!
They used to be very good but recently the car washing and customer service has been lacking. There was another lady in her car who had also been waiting awhile for her appointment. No one acknowledged her either. She finally just left and so we decided to leave also.
Maybe they just had a smashed day and poor planning, but someone still should have come and talked to us. People don’t wait around in their cars for nothing. We all make appointments. I used to recommend them to others. Now my husband Probably won’t come back.By Mojo Kar (10 months ago)

Great customer service but the job was half done. I paid $299 plus tax and tip my total was $360. My car was suppose to be deep cleaned on the inside and out. They kept my car for 5 hour just me to still have to vaccum the car. One my middle console still had dirt on the inside. Two they claimed to shampoo my seats but once lifting up my selt belt buckles it was all types of trash still left there. I should’ve known when i pulled up my windows we’re rolled up, the seats and the carpet we’re completely dry but they we’re suppose to be shampooed. You have the consult and stated what you wanted. Now your event is the red carpet event (the road) you’re expecting to be the best dress at your party, because you expect the designer to send their best work down the runway, red carpet. Remember their work is a reflection of themselves and a key marketing component! This business lacks that- you pay for a Gucci or tip designer detailing service and even provide a tip, to inspect your car and realize all that you paid for was not done. It’s a shame and reflects on the owner. If you are offering a service ensure it is done!! Would you like Gucci to Jack up your outfit and pretend it’s their best work when you have seen better. They also deep clean your car if you’re shipping it for $130. When i picked it up, the car looked brand new. The service is great and the workers all have positive attitudes. Now I have to take my car to someone with a vaccum and cleaning materials because they didn’t touch the dashboard or center console or seats . Washed my car before returning it on Turo. For exterior only, it was $17 (no vacuum).
It was super busy around noon on Saturday, like it took almost an hour, which is slightly ridiculous.
They were all working hard, but I’m removing two stars, 1 because it took so long, and 2, that’s a bit pricey just for an exterior wash.
An amazing place to get your car cleaned!!! They do an great jo on the inside and outside. Only thing is to carefully watch on how to turn into location…there will be several cars out front being cleaned it is the same drive way, turn into yo get an amazing carwash.
The service is great. If you need gas, it’s a one stop shop. Needed air in my tires is considered an extra service. The employees are very polite and respectful. Alway get my car vacuum with the beach sand. This service is impeccable when cleaning inside your car. Also, they protect the exterior part of your with special tape. The rims and tired clean up very well.
Finally when you are leaving the car to go through the wash, the ladies inside are friendly and helpful. I was able to grab a snack and drinks. Wish they had a bar or something. When you check out, you watch the exclusive services for each vehicle. They have multiple employees working together to wipe down and manage to move cars around. They are very detailed and dedicated to the last touch. I come by every other week because of bird dropping and beach sand. See you again!
Beware of this place. I was told I was getting a full detail, lies. My car is now scratched, nothing was wiped, the vacuum person was chewing on something and spit in my cup holder. My tires weren’t wiped anything.
Extremely disappointed. As soon the detailers saw my license plate they started acting careless, tossing my equipment around in the car. I tipped too trusting things were done. Unreal, I come home to this.
Dropped in for a wash and vacuum without a booking and was able to get car cleaned straight away. Quick service to meet the rental car return requirements, decent value for money, but 4 stars the vacuum missed a fair bit of dirt/sand (car wasn’t very messy to begin with) and were a quite a few water spots left on some panels missed during wipe down.
