I paid $215 and left my car for 6 hours. I was expecting better than the service I got. Very fast ! Car looked clean untill I got close up.
Smudges on windshield and windows, carpet floor was not cleaned properly still dirty . Looks like they wiped down the inside with dirty rags.

By Alex Sanchez (4 months ago)The bad reviews are real. They do not do a good job on cleaning the vehicles. For starters the right side of my vehicle wasnt even brushed with the suds or washed. The inside wasn’t dusted or wiped or vacuumed properly. Some areas were left untouched. I paid extra for my tires to be shiny and now they’re dirty and shiny. This place is a joke! The people inside are nice but damn at least try to clean the cars properly.By Ruby Hernandez (7 months ago)Read the contract before you sign up, if you can find it. Bill is out $49.98 for not reading it. Don’t be a Bill.I cancelled two days before my renewal date and was still billed. I went back and read my cancellation receipt and it stated “…must be submitted at least five days prior to the renewal date of the plan. This will discontinue your Unlimited Plan provided you have met the cancellation requirements of two months minimum.” That’s on me for not reading the fine print, when signing up and when cancelling. I had already removed my windshield tag so I can’t even use the service for the next two months I’ll be billed for. Don’t be a Bill.
The reasons I cancelled were:
1. The express lane service does not clean the vehicle well. Although they have someone at the end of the tunnel wiping the vehicle down, they are usually rushed to do a good job and there are occasionally water spots all over, especially the back window. In addition, I have sidesteps on my vehicle that never get cleaned.
2. My vehicle has folding mirrors that I close when going through the express lane. Twice, while sitting in my vehicle as it travelled through the tunnel, the vertical spinning brushes have grabbed the mirrors and forced them open. The first time I thought it might have been a fluke occurrence, the second time I decided to cancel.
3. On the original plan, I was charged $19.99 per month. In January 2023, they started charging $24.99 per month. I was not notified of the plan increase.
4. Full service car washes have been less than acceptable. Several times, upon inspection, I had to have the right side of my vehicle wiped down, the doors opened and wiped down as well. The inside of the windshield was also missed on several occasions.
5. On one occasion, when I got home and parked, I found a piece of felt brush wedged into a seam between two panels and the lower panel was slightly bent.
Most of these are not individually that bad, but when you add them up, it means a poorly managed facility at what could be a great service offering.
I wish I never signed up. Don’t be a Bill.

HELLO! You won’t want to skip this review.
This was my experience.
1. The cheapest option is $7 which is normal what is not normal is that option does not allow the use of “free vacuums.”
2. To give a little background I picked the $15 car wash.
I can look past the vacuums not being free on the first option but what I can’t look past is dirt being left on my back windshield, top of car and back of car that I wiped through with a micro fiber towel. Did I pay for just the side of the car to be washed???
I recommend driving a little further to ANY other car wash.
Super friendly and helpful! Great location. Amazing shine on the tires by star and Preston. Justin, Juan were also helpful providing towels and cleaning supplies.
The young lady that helped me and told me about the service was awesome, it’s hard to find customer service like that anymore she was awesome. But the car did not do a good job on your car. Maybe if I would have spent $35 it would have been better but now I know. Thank you and y’all enjoy your holidays
Been getting my car washed here for a while now, service is always good especially for the price, never had any problems. Quick in and out to with plenty of working vacuums. Today they really went above and beyond though and I felt inclined to leave a review. Car wash came with a complimentary dash wipe and air vent clips which was nice. Jose did a great job with the tire shine and they also had a BOGO deal for gift cards.
This is my 2nd time washing my car here! Nice workers, clean facilities, great vacuums, and towels are always maintained! The best car wash experience ever. They have a different location and all have consistent good experience.
