$48 gets you polished bugs. They are not allowed to wash the bugs from the windshield or front of your car. The interior wasn’t even cleaned well. When I asked if there was a customer service number, I was told that they get these complaints daily and it won’t matter. Searching for a new place to get my car cleaned. My car wasn’t even that dirty. The cleaning on the exterior was terrible and in the interior it was subpar at best. There was still stains in the exterior and it’s pretty obvious (my car is white). The interior was still dusty. I had to finish cleaning it myself. Wish I had read through the reviews before coming here. It was a waste of $50.
Overall if I could describe the result of my car wash in one word, it would be inadequate. I will not be returning.

The last throw the guy ran to get the ball and jumped and came down on my car. They then closed the interior detailing because it was sprinkling rain. Luckily my car is 8 years old and has a few scratches but what if it was a new car.. just disrespectful. Bryan really did a wonderful job on two of my cars on short notice. One subcompact suv and a filthy (drink spilling, seat stains, oder and trash everywhere) sedan. First car was a quick easy clean up. Second car he took longer to make sure everything was clean to the DETAILS. I booked him last minute too and he was be able to accommodate for both cars swiftly. Definitely will be hitting him up again for car detailing in the future. I was absolutely pleased with the service. Second time I used them today, and clearly the reviews have gone to their head. Today’s more expensive package was the same amount of time than the significantly cheaper first time. Car was shiny, but they put a bunch of swirl marks in the paint, either from not foaming the car prior or not rinsing the mitt enough. Both guys who worked on my car were friendly and polite though.
My mother got me washes for the year as a Christmas gift to me, and she decided to reach out when I told her about this. He accused me of having taken the car through an automated car wash (never have), and then said chemical guys products did it (not even sure what this means). He saw the multiple buckets and rags, so basically he just doesn’t want to make the situation right.
As I said before, my first cheaper wash was perfect, nothing that happened today screamed $100 extra value (I actually have to pay a professional to buff the car now, great package feature). If you have a nicer car and care about the small things I wouldn’t recommend them anymore. Complete 180 from my first experience with this business.

Bryan said “it might not be perfect” with the basic package (it had been a hot minute since I cleaned the inside of my car), which was a lie because the result was perfect! It’s a heck of a business model they have there. For up to $25, you can wash your own car. They’ll provide a vacuum and some damp towels and you can do the work yourself. For a little more money, you can become a member where you’ll have the privilege to wash your own car an unlimited number of times for a monthly fee. If your car is already pretty clean and you don’t mind doing most of the work yourself and paying for it, come here. If that’s not you, take 5 minutes and look for a different place to get your car washed.

1st time going the the facility and it was a very bad experience . Paid for the $16 wash that was suppose to include wheel and tire cleaner and no tire shine . Went thru the wash and truck was still dirty especially the wheels and wheel wells , and the front of the truck . I complained that my truck was still dirty and paid more than the basic wash option and the young male at the tunnel proceeded to tell me that they don’t have the ability to use pressure washers that are set up on either side of the tunnel on wheels or get brush any bug splatter off or dirt off before the wash . I told them every other car wash does a pre wash. They ran me thru the tunnel again and when I got out , left left tires had tire shine which I didn’t want and the right side had none. When I got home I had tire shine splatter all over the left side of my truck .
It used to be a good car wash. But lately it has been broken. One of the brushes on the passenger side is not working so it’s not being clean properly. Also the tire shine as not being dispensed on the passenger side. So, your cars going to look pretty funny with the driver side tire shine in the passenger side not. I feel like over all the quality of the car wash is going down and management doesn’t seem to be fixing it.
